I’m almost in the same situation. Being charged out the ass. I got 50/50 custody. But her new boyfriend she was a cheating on me with and his 17 yr old daughter have assualted 2 of my kids. Including injecting my 7 yr old son with GHB. While I was in jail. They stole a bunch of my shit and moved in with eachother. She abandoned me and the kids for two months before this. She was talking to our daughter on the phone while he was going down on her. So I stopped the phone calls from that point on. She never tried to reach out anyways. Charges came after I told her I was going to get full custody and move away. Next thing you know I am getting charged for assault and harassment. Among many other things. Just recently found out when cleaning out our old place, used tinfoil with either heroin or speed on them hidden in our old house. Rcmp and chip services h ent and won’t do anything about this. Believe me I am going nuts.
