It would be interesting to see A Class Action Lawsuit brought Against CAS. Individual Workers/ Everyone with A Legitimate Claim- Documents Proof of Conflict of Interest- Wrongfully Removing from Homes /If One Awesome Lawyer would take it on- I know personally I have mounds of evidence- Emails , ect - but there is "strength in numbers"- So Could this happen? and even would anyone participate- I have my children- but let me tell you there was so much going on behind the scenes , I wouldn't care about Financial restitution, but I tell you . I would love to see a clean sweep of Corrupt Workers, so maybe if many people filed one Lawsuit- and brought evidence- You know how when you are in court against them - you never get heard! Well this would be the time to get heard--Maybe then the Government or whoever is in charge of this farce (realizing some children do need help) would resort to doing what the intent of their organization was meant to do- Protect the children that need it - if they need to be removed because of danger to their lives - Absolutely -, and I am sure some families only need help with things like parenting skills- counseling- - but work with those families through services, ect- not separate them.. Just a thought

Susan Grant I understand that- but in order to stop it , it has to begin with standing up- being heard- causing noise- people listening- It could be done if enough people filed a Lawsuit against them- At least , I believe it could and I would venture to say quite a high $% of people have valid cases-

Susan Grant Just out of curiosity , why would you be worried about undercover Social Workers- I hope they read my post - and get nervous- cause if I could I would sue them personally- I say read on , and you have nothing to fear from them either... We would need a lawyer before it would do any good to discuss any personal details to be honest- I am just saying I am in, if there is one and people want to take it to another level- then I will work as hard as I can to see that change comes- Social workers don't intimidate me- nor should they you- only people who they are currently dealing with should be nervous- cause they do lie- but if people want change- then they need to be held Accoubtable and you only do that with Court and rulings- Exposing them for what they are- and that takes many people coming forward ready to deal with them, but facilitated by a Lawyer- People sharing stories os useless , except for Moral support and some advice- which may help someone going through things- but I am talking about holding them accountable- in a court of Law and that requires a Lawyer to do the job
