Can anyone tell me how to report a CAS (facs where I live) for lying & deliberately misleading the court? Yesterday a Facs worker lied in court right iin front of me after just speaking with me about what she lied about to the judge. Please help, they've beaten me enough, its time for some payback

I figured out that the way to proceed is first tell your lawyer that you wish to file purgury charges against the Facs worker. He or she will tell you that you can't. But they are lying to protect the system. Your next step is take your evidence that it was a lie to floor 3 of the St catharines courthouse to the crowns office. Knock on the door & say you wish to file formal purgury charges against said Facs worker & do everything the crown says

the lawyer for cas lied in my case too...thankfully my rep called her on it and I had proof with me and I got a good judge

you have to expect them to lie and be prepared

I wasn't expecting a sworn court officer & a sworn member of the public sector to lie. But I paid them back at least. Got the worker charged & she had to take a leave. She plead guilty last week so now she can never again work for or with children

Motherisk was not a private lab ; it was a hospital - this is where the "gold" standard talk arises from. Who would truly benefit from "altered" results ? It is my opinion that Motherisk did NOT make any mistakes ; but we all know WHO are experts at "never admitting they made a mistake "

Motherisk is the scapegoat ; for the sins committed by those governed under the Ministry of Child and Youth Service.
