Expose CAS Ontario Advocates attended the London Ontario Court House at 80 Dundas street to address the warrant in the picture below for this one mother that we are involved with. This mother herself inquired as to whether or not her infants warrant was legal at the time of apprehension she was shocked to find out it was not legal it turns out that the Society's warrant did not become legal until 5 days after the society had actually apprehended her infant baby therefore those 1st 5 days the society had her baby in care was illegal and that child had been kidnapped! The Ontario Children's Aid Society apparently does this to everyone according to the court cleark at the court house in London Ontario!


The discovery of fake warrants & how far the London CAS goes as well as all other Ontario Children's Aid Society's to steal children and cover things up explains why in the past year 23,300 kids have been illegally stolen and taken into care! It has to stop now!


This is the recording where the London Ontario Court House at 80 Dundas street confirms that London and Middlesex Childrens Aid Society uses fake warrants to apprehend all the kids they apprehend & the only way to find out if they are legal is if the society files them with the protection application at the 5 day hearing in this case they did file this particular warrant at the 5 day hearing after already having the child in care for 5 days (the warrants to apprehend the kids) they do this in hopes that no one is smart enough to look back and say what the hell!!

You had no legal reason to apprehend my kids on the day you did & filing warrants 5 days later just to try and "make the numbers look good because of your funding is ridiculous I want my kids back now" coming soon will be more recordings from more people who are doing this as well.......

Let's see which warrants ended up filed & which ones didn't end up filed but the point is on the date of those warrants the society did NOT have an exparte motion at the court house to obtain those warrants the cleark flat out says on here like: "THE SOCIETY PRINTS OFF THESE PAPERS FROM THEIR OWN COMPUTERS AND THEY FILL IT OUT THEMSELVES, CAS HAS THEIR OWN ARRANGEMENTS FOR THOSE JUDGES TO SIGN THEM, I GUESS....."

According to the CFSA The Children's Aid Society has a mandate they are required to follow they were recently given the eligibility requirements for 2016 if workers would follow that then there would be less kids in care It's been reported that 23,300 children have been put into the foster care system over the past year in Ontario alone! Well doesn't this explain why? When you allow an agency with no accountability to have free range over government money & you tell them that you will give them all the money & power in the world just as long as they keep stealing kids and selling them to rich people & keep the trouble makers away then yeah you're damn right that's what their going to do but will the good parents go away never to be heard from again?

Not without their children CAS! You can bet on that one! You can't get rid of us good loving parents until we reclaim our children they are rightfully ours after all & you did steal them!! Families are encouraged to take copies of your warrants no matter how old they are go to the court house they claim to be issued from record & don't tell them your recording & bring photo ID and have your child protection file checked & ask these questions:


1: On the date that is listed on the warrant The date of apprehension did the society attend the court house for an exparte motion & meet with the judge who signed that warrant an exparte motion will be listed in their computer system & in your file

2: On your 5 day hearing what exactly was filled on that date was it only the Societies material - the protection application the temporary order for 30 days - were there any warrants filed from the date of apprehension - this is important because as of right now still no warrants are filed then your kids were illegally apprehended!

The courts were lied to & you have an emergency change in circumstances to immediately return the kids! If the warrants were filled on the 5 day hearing you just proved that for 5 days CAS had your kids illegally & the judge only made a decision because he only had CAS'S information in front of him so that's all he had to go on! Which again is another set up by CAS & it isn't fair it's CAS stacking the deck in their favor and that's not right!!

Yesterday at an Expose CAS Ontario Support Group Meeting members of our group got together and compared apprehension warrants for our children over several years and we're not at all surprised to see a lot of similar problems with the warrants like:

no court file numbers on "warrants that the London society supposedly had exparte motions to obtain which would mean that a court file number would have been generated for the warrants"

1 warrant signed on November 14th 2012 by justice of the peace Kristene Diaz has a "stamp" on it but 2 other warrants by 2 more JPS in 2016 & 2011 do not have those same JP stamps

The children in the 2011 warrants were apprehended on March 17th 2011 not May 31st 2011 as the warrants state which raises questions about these warrants & the urgency of the warrants

The child involved in the 2016 Warrant was taken from the hospital at birth by an intake worker with a poorly done version of this fake warrant that was executed right after she gave birth not even following the CFSA & the child protection mandate as legally outlined by the province which is so wrong on so many levels it's their 1st and foremost mandate to keep families together and this is the poster story of not doing that and then some! You just don't rip apart a family with out giving them a chance 1st it's wrong! No family deserves it!

All these families have been to the court house in London and confirmed that these warrants are not part of their court files either which also means that if something is not part of your court file then it is not legal either because we all know that everything that happens in CAS court with our kids exparte court or not it still gets added to the court file so we can all at some point access it from the court file & at anytime anyone who is listed as a party on the court file can go to the court house & show id & ask for your own court file and see what's in it and copy anything that you don't have because CAS files stuff all the time without telling everyone about it!

On a personal note in early 2008 I found out that CAS tried to get 3 apprehension warrants 3 separate times on 2 of my kids and that 3 different JPS turned them down and put on the court file that they felt the "society was acting vindictive towards me and my family in January and February 2008" this was when they started to come after me back then! That information was in the court file along with the warrants that were denied the affidavits & exparte motions ultimately the society took the kids illegally in order to win but they still tried legally 1st but we're denied & obviously for good reasons! So please pay attention to the documents that they are giving you. You can even call the court house if CAS shows up with 1 of these warrants & verify that it's actually real if it's not don't hand your child over to them! It's time to change the way things are & in order to do that we need to know how many more people have been targeted with these fake warrants!

I am allowed to post this they are verifed already to be illegal warrants they have not been issued by the judges that signed them these judges signed these warrants but didn't actually issue them directly to the named children and families that are listed on these warrants which is a direct violation of section 40 & section 51 of the CFSA when apprehending with a warrant the court house has no record of these judges having any of these hearings on these dates 

Even worse the 2011 warrants for the "Gomes children" they were apprehended on March 17th 2011 the date of the warrants are May 31st 2011 how is it possible that the worker Marina Antic was able to abtain an apprehension warrant for 2 children on May 31st 2011 how ever she showed up at the grandparents home on March 17th 2011 with a "peice of paper" that she claimed at that time was a warrant but she refused to show it to the grandmother and give her a copy of it. The grandmother did not get this document until 6 months ago when her lawyer threatened her new CAS worker over it the warrants produced were these posted in the pictures that are dated "May 31st 2011" so how did Marina Antic a child protection worker show up on March 17th 2011 with a "warrant" & apprehended 2 children if the warrant wasn't dated until May 31st 2011?? 

I only post stuff with people's permission & if we can find a few more people than we have a soild enough case to go to a civil lawyer & sue CAS over & Lizzy I think we're good when it comes to knowing what we can & can't say & do so I don't need you telling me what I'm allowed to do & what I'm not allowed to do I don't even know you but it's kind of annoying to have to tell you that again!
