I realize for a quick solution but it is not an adequate one, since many cannot and will not do this. The Government and courts will still do what they do no matter if you own something or not, thus why we need to make changes. The courts assume they know all the angles people try and they will continue to try and take money and assets away no mater what, and they do this WITHOUT Due Process, which is the fundamentals are facts and evidence. This is why we need to shut down these courts, they do not abide by anything, and they do whatever they like to innocent people just trying to live, so trying to put a bandage on a huge wound is not going to cut it anymore. To many lives have been destroyed, to many children's lives have been destroyed, to many have lost their lives, so the only way is to organize in numbers, get our stories out, and make changes. REFORM REFORM REFORM !!!!

There should be no money exchanged for taking care of your children, unless there is daycare and extraordinary expenses, which both adult parents should be able to work out. When you introduce money into the equation in Family matters, greed sets in and some sort of vengeance seems to come into play. The courts should be there to enforce that the children have both parents in their lives, not the enforcement of money, which allows the other party to take advantage of the situation. REFORM needs to happen in the laws and the justice system, and careful consideration with for site should be taken to ensure people are not stripped of their rights and that what a Country's Constitution was built on is enforced. It is frustrating when these issues become gender biased because one gender is discriminated against, and the general public is not aware, and the media portraits what they want the general public to know or hear. Not sure why this is or what the goal is, but this is effecting millions and the only way to try and fix it is to have the laws associated in these areas REFORMED and to have the courts on a watch dog program and to be held accountable for their actions and decisions making.
