When I appeared in court for child support, I questioned the subject matter jurisdiction. Who or what are they talking about?They have to provide proof of ID according to the Canada evidence act. They can't because they are NOT talking about what is yours, they are talking about what they created. They are capitalizing from the name you created by creating a new a new one(person) in ALLCAP. They don't care about you or your boys and girls, only money and protecting the system that makes them so much money. Stay the fuck out of it, it's not for human consumption, boycott the family courts!!


The judge allowed the minister to intervene, but they didn't take me back to court for the money, they couldn't provide the evidence. For custody, she got primary parent so she was allowed to alienate me from my son, she told me to take her to court, I walked away. Before those courts got involved I was paying child support, now I'm not. I also knew where my son lived and that he was safe, now I don't. No one answers questions, not even the so called judge.

I went through a similar experience. I was paying child support and seeing my son regularly, then my X for her own benefit stopped talking to me as advised by her attorney and stop taking my money so that they could abuse a court process. I was paying child support and seeing my son regularly, then my X for her own benefit stopped talking to me as advised by her attorney and stop taking my money so that they could abuse a court process. I knew enough that an ALL CAP name is a corporation not a living boy or girl. With a solemn affirmation, as per Canadian Evidence act I asked for clarification, evidence, as to who or what is a VALOR FREEMAN? Proof they are talking about my son, because they don't act like they are looking out for his best interest. They, BAR associates, are in fact working for private interests. The Judge said that the evidence must be provided, as per Canadian Evidence act. They can't provide the evidence because they are not talking about what I created but what they created. They had no jurisdiction and could not proceed any further, without my consent. Don't consent, they are not looking out for your best interest, those courts are full of snakes.

Attorney, one who turns one over to another. Sadly this is a game to them, they are trying to get you to turn your rights over to their jurisdiction, when they have no jurisdiction, no evidence just their paper work, don't give them any, don't consent or play their games.
