when there is no integrity or truly independant police complaints authority it make the law and 'justice' system a huge joke played on us tax slaves. u cannot have the police in charge of arresting the police - that means they will only arrest cops that don't play the game or honest cops and discredit them so no one listens to them as they have done to me.
