Started a self-represented lawsuit on Ontario Superior Court of Justice against Peel Children's Abusing $ociety today[September 24th, 2015].

**Some Info About Starting This Lawsuit
I realized that by representing myself on the court, I am in a very weak position when fighting CAS, However, the justice system was designed for rich people, I am not affordable for a lawyer.

I had tried a lot to get funds and legal support from lots of people, both in Canada and USA, no luck at all.

I'll update the case progress here.

**Lesson Learned:
(1) Litigation Guardian: as a parent, if you want to represent your kids in the lawsuit, you need to get litigation Guardian before you file the lawsuit. The court staff was telling something "Litigation Guardian Affidavit", but I could not find it anywhere. When consulting with lawyers, most of them never heard it.

(2) For the statement of claim, if you goes through simplified procedure, you could only claim up to $100,000.00

With fear of Peel CA$'s revenge on my lawsuit against them, I've noticed the Public media. They've got the information, this meant if the revenge happened, at least public media will know the background.

Peel CA$ hired a lawyer on my case. The lawyer sent me a mail on September 28th, 2015 with "Notice of Intent of Defend" Form to me, that meant I will be fighting on the Ontario Superior Court with this lawyer.

Comments:
(1) How could lawyer willing to work for Peel CAS - #1 Child Abusing Society? Lawyer are working for money, not for justice.

(2) My document was served to Peel CAS on Thursday, September 24, 2015, and The letter from their hired lawyer was send on Monday, September 28, 2015. That meant:

Peel CAS hired the lawyer as soon as they received my document, they might not even read carefully the content of the document. Peel CAS had made a lot of money so it is easy for them to hire a lawyer, and they do not want to read my court document, they are using their legal resources to protect their worker so that their worker could continue their illegal conducts, and abusing more kids and family.

One of the purpose for filing this lawsuit is to let those Peel CAS worker knew at least what they were doing wrong in my case. Seems by hiring a lawyer so quickly to fight with me, Peel CAS do not want their worker get the voice from me.
