I’m so sorry that happened to you it’s very similar to my story only no children thank god. I can imagine what you’ve been through I know that pain and betrayal, the confusion all too well when you find out you shared your life with a lie… I hope things have gotten better, I wish I could say they have for me but the pain is still there and broke who I was as a person, rebuilding your life after a second person that you never dreamed of harming accused me of domestic violence and labeled me their abuser. She used to cry and thank me for coming into her life, I used to be sad thinking what if we never met and missed our chance, but it was all her future faking promises and love bombing, she claims to be a victim of everyone and eveyone in her life was eirher boarder line or a narcissistic or both and abused and stalked her,,, guess what she said about me… she setup the police thing behind my back this rich insane little girl is losing about going to a domestic shelter for battered women and drug addicted, I mean it’s a little comical but not when it’s your life,,, she tried to get a restraining order after I was done and she did it a month later anyway because I backed up picture to a shard photo album I owned… like is court to break up with people and never have to face them now?? Even our lawyers were giggling it was so humiliating just having to go, the judge didn’t even grant it to her and my ex is a doey eyed little victim eveyone wants to take care of it’s how she lures people in pretends, mimicks them I can’t believe all I’ve learned since and how everything she did was step by step like an abuse flow chart and she still claims to be the victim it broke my life and soul and transference shouldn’t be real but I lost 50 pounds snow and I look sad and worried all the time I hate how my face has changed and how I stutter and fall over from panic I never experienced ptsd or trauma like this and I don’t get it how is it sk bad how was she so insidious and then so cruel l, it drove me crazy literally she did it on purpose to say I was crazy she’s not some master mind you just never imagine someone is going to lie fundamentally for years, then tourture and try to punish you for some power and control they crave… She kept saying that who needs powe and control or thinks about that from a partner? Psychos it’s all a game to the other people are like their toys they can break when they get bored. Anyway sorry for venting I’m going through more hard times and barely hanging kn but it’s good to know I’m not alone, take care of yourself thanks for sharing again

I have most recently experienced first hand the negligent and dismissing behaviour from several employees at the Elliot Lake CAS office, when I followed it up to the Sault Saint Marie Office, they covered up the whole situation and railroaded me to get to anyone who would investigate the firing o... access page ...

Fathers need to be aware of the the CAS works, and how it relates to outcomes in Family Court.

Sadly In today's society women are still portrayed as victims in relationships with or without domestic violence. Women's actions are not considered equal to a males, and if a women was to hit a man it is always spun to her advantage as being self defence or excused because of temporary stresses or even her "baby blues" causing hormonal imbalances and mental health issues.

Why? Why does this happen?

The answer is simple... the agenda of CAS has stemmed from Women's protection and Women's rights. This organization uses the cloak of "children's aid" to support women, rightfully or not, as it follows THEIR agenda that women are the only victims in home with family violence.

I was told I was going to be charged with failure to report, the issues and behaviours I WAS and HAD reported.

But in the end the CAS worker Chris Ebby was fired, and I had no closure for the case, nor any support from the CAS when it came time to attend family court.

The CAS left me in a worse position that when I started. This organization and the people working for it act with immunity and impunity. They wrong me, and my family and I got nothing but bureaucratic excuses and cover ups from the supervisor and area supervisors.

As a result my wife's abuse was ignored, I had nothing to bring to the courts due to the delays with the CAS process and lack of any support, intervention or even a conclusion letter. This organization in my opinion is a fraud and is self serving to maintain their control in their manipulation of their own "investigations" and work policies. In short, they have created a system that functions to continue their own employment,regardless of who or if they actually help anyone at all.

How do we say we live in a world of equality if women are the only ones' with rights?

How do we protect our children if men are ignored and denied equal opportunity and resources to support them?

What future of a fair chance in this system, do our male children have in a society that has already labelled them the abusers, aggressors or perpetrators in a relationship before they have even entered grade school?

The answer is little to none.

As long as men are demonized as being the abusers and BUSINESSES like the CAS that receive government funding to perform their own "investigations' with no outside scrutiny or reporting measures, ensures they will not be accountable for their actions and will continue to do whatever they want as long as it supports their regimes agenda and supports their employment.

What they are doing is perpetuating an old stereotype that only Men can be abusers...and is causing more damage, pain and suffering to men and our young boys than good.

Stop the CAS, report their mismanagement of YOUR case to the authorities, schools, and MP's.

City Police Sault Ste Marie Ontario seem to have become true criminals again, as it has been reported by Northernhoot.com that *SSM Sault Ste Marie Police officers beat local man Tim Mitchell in-front of his 2 son's 14 & 13 of age. Tim's son became worried for his father's cries of suicide and decided to heroically call 911 asking for assistance, only to watch their Father beaten and arrested by City Police. Currently Tim Mitchell is fighting for his life, the past Easter weekend March 2016 incident just became known to the public.

It is reported that Police took the man in custody to Algoma Treatment and Remand Centre maximum security prison in *SSM Sault Ste Marie. After 48 hours it was realised the man was suffering fatal injuries from the assault before, and during Police custody. Reports that 5 Officers were involved, with 7 attending on scene. Tim Mitchell has three broken ribs, a punctured duodenum –that’s part of the stomach that leads to the intestine, that hole in the duodenum leaked feeces into his abdomen. Now he is septic from that. He also had a collapsed lung. You couldn't even recognize who he was because they punched him in the face so many times, his eyes were so swollen, told by a family member.

On March 26^th, 2016, the day before Easter, a young boy called 911 operators to request the assistance of Sault Ste. Marie Police. His Dad, Tim Mitchell, had been drinking and was talking about ending his own life.

Amy-Lee Campbell, Tim’s daughter, recalled the event as described by her little brother. “My 14 year old brother, being just a young kid, got worried and called 911 –he was calling for help, and the police actually came here and almost took my Dad’s life, when my brother was trying to save him. That’s why the police were called. He didn’t harm anybody. He was talking about harming himself, probably because he was intoxicated.”

According to Tim’s young son -one of two sons ages 14 yrs. and 13 yrs. that were in the home when the beating took place, his Dad was outnumbered. Amy-Lee hasn’t spoken with the police about the event.

“I have not personally spoken to the cops nor do I care to,” remarked Amy-Lee with a note of controlled anger in her voice. “For me the evidence is there. It is not a he-said-she-said situation for me. He has three broken ribs, a punctured duodenum –that’s part of the stomach that leads to the intestine, that hole in the duodenum leaked feces into his abdomen. Now he is septic from that. He also had a collapsed lung. You couldn’t even recognize who he was because they punched him in the face so many times, his eyes were so swollen. I don’t need to know their reasoning for what they did. They came in his house, beat him up in front of my two brothers and didn’t even ask my brothers to leave. And he was drunk. And he’s 54 years old –he’s getting to the point where he’s more fragile. I don’t care to speak to the cops. It really doesn’t matter what they have to say.”

Jimmy Flint is Tim’s nephew. “They couldn’t take my uncle to jail looking like that so they took him to the hospital first,” he commented. “And then they took him to jail. A nurse told us they shouldn’t have done that.”

Tim spent two days at the Algoma Remand Centre with all of his injuries unattended. His condition worsened and on Monday, two days after the beating, Tim lay on the floor of his cell. Family members say that he thought he was going to die that day.

“His neck was the size of a football,” stated Amy-Lee. “There was a hole in his lung and the air was blowing through his body…all that swelling is the air trapped in his body. He was just lying in the jail with a punctured lung. I just don’t know…the hospital must have not looked at the results properly.”

Unable to breathe, the jail returned him to the hospital. As Tim was being admitted to the hospital, Amy-Lee was sitting in the Sault Ste. Marie Courthouse for her Dad’s bail hearing.

“The Crown came out and said ‘well, I guess we won’t be bailing your Dad out today because he’s in the hospital’. And that’s how we found out. The police didn’t even have the decency to call the family or anything.”

The Special Investigations Unit from Toronto has been dispatched to investigate Tim’s beating from Sault Ste. Marie police officers.

“They’re investigating the whole case,” commented Amy-Lee. “One of my brothers is being questioned because he saw what happened. My uncle, Don Mitchell, has been speaking with the Special Investigation Unit and they told him there were 5 cops involved.”

This Sunday, April 3^rd, 2016, Tim took a bad turn and required emergency surgery. He has been in an induced coma and on life support for the past three days. According to Amy-Lee, Tim is stable today “for his condition”.

“The medical staff say that they consider him septic,” she remarked. “He has low blood pressure and as a result he is not distributing the water in his body –apparently that is common because he’s trying to fight an infection. They’re waiting for a culture to come back that will determine if he’s on the right antibiotic- that will take 24 to 48 hours.”

“He had been complaining about his stomach for three days before they gave him a CAT scan and found the leak,” added Amy-Lee of the discovery that feces had leaked into her Dad’s stomach.

“It’s a waiting game,” commented Amy-Lee. “He has a 50/50 chance of making it. We are just sitting around and praying and hoping and going in his room and encouraging him. We’re encouraging him to fight.”

Of his uncle’s injures Jimmy remarked, “My uncle was charged with breach of probation for drinking and resisting arrest. Anybody with a brain knows someone resisting arrest doesn’t end up in the hospital. He’s fighting for his life right now. It’s pretty sad.”

Asked what message she wanted to send to the community Amy-Lee wept. “My Dad is a really good man. Regardless of the circumstance he did not deserve this. He’s very, very loved by his friends and family. He had fifty-five members at the hospital yesterday that were visiting because everybody wants him to pull through this.”

With her voice breaking Amy-Lee added, “I just don’t want this happening to someone else’s family. This is so tragic. I would hate that any family would have to feel this. It’s gotta stop. This isn’t the first story I’ve heard about the Sault Ste. Marie Police and I’m from Sudbury for goodness sake.”

When the rcmp was asked on stand if they ever gathered the so called evidence against me and said no that’s not there job. They went off hear say and recommended charges because it’s family law....
That was one of two officers on stand

Crown flat out says on transcript that they are there for the truth and justice. If that was the case then why was crown pressuring my lawyer to get me to take a plea deal I did that by mistake and should have taken it to trial I would have won

Crown only wants convictions
RCMP don’t do there job they’re there for enforcing the criminal
Politicians and to bully the less fortunate

Police shouldn’t be wearing guns and armed to the hill when the civilians don’t carry weapons. Why are they???

So that said.
The rcmp ruined my life over there incompetence

The so called justice system at my ex’s game of bs. Was successful in driving a wedge between my daughter and I.
My daughter in court papers has been brain washed by my ex

I was so outraged and saddened. I could have kept fighting but damage is done majorly and some how the law says it’s children first.

If so then why was it in court my ex was told when she kept trying to get a no contact order was told she should never of been granted one in the very very first place

Yes I may of disobeyed that court order giving her more teeth to screw me and my daughter over ...

But I never once did harm to her or my daughter or even directed any sort of violence (not like she did on me)
I sent a etransfer of money support after she my ex called me up asking for $$ for school supplies

I sent a text asking if they wanted some bear meat because
My daughter for some reason LOVES the taste of bear meat ...

So aparantly I’m a bad ass mofo and was behind bars because of this ...
Almost three months only reason that little
Would of been longer. But me not knowing or seeing or having my eyes opened from this event experience I took a plea deal that I shouldn’t have of because I didn’t do no harm and what I had done was t in harm and wasn’t warranted

But crown and the police only wants convictions to make it seem they are doing justice

While I was in and behind bars. Sadly my case wasn’t the only one

As I was told from the bulls the prison guards 88% of people behind bars are innocent and shouldn’t be hear (this gets divided into harmless crimes to violent and I don’t have that statistics but some one will know how to actually get a hold of it )
10% are guilty and should Be behind bars

She also said a majority of family k files some are violent some are not and a some percentage are like mine where the ex spouse uses the system to drive a wedge between and alienate

Narcissistic sociopath
I had learnt lots while in there forcing my eyes open to how things actually are

In and out of the courts criminal and family both tied together because one was granted then when told it should never of been granted in the first place
And that then gave teeth to criminal
The law and justice system
As I had said in court to the judge and crown you want to convict me then you better take a look at the whole picture because you going off hear say is bs

I was eventually found not guilty and to be the actual victim and a victim of a person abusing the system for there person gains

Yet my life ruined
Money out my pocket

RCMP laugh still working. Do as they please crown still committing crimes by imprisoning innocent and not getting full story because rcmp don’t investigate

I lose my daughter and loose those memories that will NEVER. Ever be returned or built

MCFD-legal-kidnapped To the abusive foster lady in Creston BC who has my child..You know who you are, Yes, MY child you are paid to care for by the MCFD because many yrs ago I was too in an abusive relationship with an addict, a very bad man, I messed up once, oh gee, Im not perfect, are you?...Yet I survived this abuse, this trauma in my life to put it back together 100x better and never look back...Ironically Now my daughter is being abused for yrs, and like me, will stick up for her abuser...YOU! You emotionally, physically abuse her, even in public in front of witnesses....and the RCMP are called, they do nothing....Apparently MCFD polices itself... You and the SW Sue Sarabun, SW Angela Beddome fr Cranbrook BC, whom I have never met have decided that my daughter is ok, "just fine" in your care, she doesnt need family, I mean it seems easier to just leave her at this point right...many of you might think oh, well shes been there this long, the ones who are her friends of course, so why let her go home...ummm... Well, the MCFD, the foster lady, everyone in this circle are paid to care for my child in some way, we tax payers are funding abuse in this system....its financial. the easy button. Im ignored for yrs.

You have taken another year from me, another year I cannot get back, my daughter is now 11....and soon she will have her period, she will need her mommy, she will need guidance and love from family, she will need to know her identity, and that has been stolen from her, shes not allowed to know who she is, instead you have turned her into YOUR PUPPET, your bread and butter...your mortgage payment, but shes "just fine" so why bother now the damage is done right... MCFD SW and Katrine Conroy, MLA John Horgan cant admit that she should have come home yrs ago because they would admit fault in her well being...instead they took away all access in 2017 and never even cared to look back...just never see mommy, and her brothers again...oh, but thats "just fine" right! We are not perfect, however, we are her family, and we matter. Are any of you a perfect family, I doubt it!... Im a mother who has never ever abused this little girl....who would die for her tomorrow, and give anything on the planet to just give her another hug, tuck her in the way she deserves, make sure she is warm for school, and make her breakfast the way I used to, teach her how to cook, to garden, to be outdoorsy, cool like me, laugh, do her hair, and snuggle her for a movie...love her, and be her mother like I once was, a good mother.... You have no idea how this emptiness feels, every single God damn day, this numb, this dead feeling inside I live with, a piece of me stolen, ripped out, an open wound that will never heal, the tears just randomly come that I hide from so many others, this pain everyday that I have learned to cope with, this worry for my daughters safety, this sadness that just never leaves nomatter how hard I try to conceal it and put it away for awhile...it comes back! Death would have been easier, yet, for some reason, I am still here, for my other kids, my son at home who needs me. SO I continue to try and put this sadness aside. I am HER mother, I gave birth to my only daughter, my world. YOU have never had children of your own, and you have no idea what being a mother feels like, you are a paid caregiver....and yet, you abuse my child, and no one cares. I cant even protect her from the system. She DESERVES to have her family, her mother. Her identity.

MCFD- Childwelfare could have long since fixed this, for my daughter, for all of us...for her future, which doesn't matter since she will be booted out at 18...or run away before then....Why think of her future? that doesn't concern you....you wont be a part of it....I will be fixing your mess, your abuse, YOU, foster lady, are the child abuser, you talk bad about me to my daughter...YOU, SW, are just as guilty.... YOU Minister Conroy are just as accountable. SO stop telling me to spend another 15grand on lawyers, the JUDGE said i can have access, your denying it...Think of my my little girl for one minute...and wake up from your clouded judgement, stop ignoring me. I think that this abuse WILL most certainly cause future long term damages...and taking her identity will most certainly have detrimental affects on her future.
Here I sit with more tears this holiday as my son sleeps in his room and we prepare for Christmas and arriving family she wont meet... I cry silently for a daughter that I cannot hold, knowing she would be safe and loved at home, and all the cards are in an agency that was put in place to profit off children in care and ignore families like me. How many stable, hard working families like me can have their kids home, and yet dont?
