If you are both getting along then you need to both seek a withdrawal through the court and then coordinate something with your ex, communicating is the key, while the system feeds off couples who are not civil, where they convince you that you need them and now look you are more frustrated and for many this is the case in having to deal with FRO, for your sake as well your child it is best to communicate with the ex and make your own arrangements, they will try to convince you otherwise, remember whose interests come first and civil parenting keeps them out of your life and your business, as well kids are safer and more able to mitigate the effects and impact of parents fighting and potentially alienating them from either one of you.
