Niagara and Welland Ontario caring loving parent and they get their kid taken away

My Son was treated badly when he was in temporary care, I fought and I even had a Police Officer write a report to Children Services, he offered to do it, I did not ask him too... He told me that the Child Care Worker should never work with youths...

So if I did not have him at the time I would have been fighting by myself... What the worker did was escalate issues with two of the boys in the home but escalated it so bad that he had my son handcuffed and sent to the emergency dept. When I arrived to ask my Son what was happening and what happened before the incident started, the worker kept interrupting me, every time he said something that made the worker defensive, the Police Officer was there at the end of his bed listening and when the worker left the room after the Psychiatrist left the room after he examined him, the worker went to call the home to see if they were going to accept him back, that is when the Police Officer suggested to me that he would write a letter to FACS.. so he did and the owner of the home called and apologized to me and told me that he resigned...

It was a fight to get the care I got for him. It was all worth it, so my suggestion to anyone that is noticing abuse in Foster Care or Youth Homes, report it to the Police each and every time, have a paper trail and get the Police Officer to talk to the kids as well...

yes everything! I feel so bad for all of what is happening with all of these children... We have had a few issues her in Niagara and Welland specifically... I have tried to get other people help with FACS , they have been mostly taking kids in good environments and not helping the ones that need it, that is about what happens in this area... ex. the mother and father can be drunks and drug addicts, but the person next door is a caring loving parent and they get their kid taken away instead of the totally disrupted household where the child is fully neglected... Sad but true...
Oh and if the teenager is the one acting up if you can record it do that as well and send every video to the worker...


James Black _____, you know this but the public does not. If the public is unaware of this filth nothing will change. The purpose of this group is very clear. Demand a broken system is fixed... there are many facebook groups talking about what we should do and not do ...the purpose is to make the public aware... Do it anonymously but we must get the word out there....


 Our case started in 1992. Adoption was finalized in 2003, still to this day my wife and I have not been told WHY they took our kids.

Oh ya and the entire time they were trusted into care by my government, that I am told to trust and they will make sure my kids best interest were always first and utmost of importance, then please do explain the mental, physical and sexual abuse my ch...See More

We need to create a midair outlet of our own, create a podcasts, we have to create our own attention as relying on the media to assist has help recently, but in the most part they don't want to touch the subject


We have to keep at it to expose it for what it is
