They scam the taxpayers of Ontario and don't even know the law

Just finished speaking to a 16 year old student who told me how the her lawyer lied to her by telling her that she had no right to attend family court and that it WAS AGAINST THE LAW for anyone under 18 years of age to file an affidavit. The lawyer also told her that was "child abuse" for anyone to allow her to see the court documents (the lawyer's quote). What a joke some of these family law lawyers are. They scam the taxpayers of Ontario and don't even know the law!!!

This kid was insulted by this lawyer and is going to stand up and write a letter to the Prime Minister, Premier of Ontario and to the Members of the Supreme court of Canada to let them know how the lawyers are lying to children and bringing the administration of justice into disrepute. Probably follow it up with a complaint to the Law Society. Time to fire some of these incompetent lawyers. We will post the letter once its ready to go.

Papa Inbc Lawyers have insurance. Incompetent counsel is a basis for a lawsuit with the law society.

The lawsuit I'm watching now, two of the original lawyers for BOTH parties are being sued, and the lawyer for one (that's right, a lawyer has a lawyer) is now attending the lawsuit closing arguments.

Kids here in BC are assigned lawyers who specialists who, in collaboration with the government, sweet talk kids into staying in the care of the Ministry.
