Toronto CAS did that to me and my daughter's father, I kept showing up fro my visits and weekends. I never gave up. My daughter has autism and we needed respite care. We had a Special Needs Agreement with the Province of Ontario, but then Harris government dropped all 30,000 or so of them and made us deal with CAS agencies and they treated us like protection problems.

They kept telling my daughter her dad didn't lover her, I told her different. I will always tell her daddy still drives a long distance truck even though we don't always get along and he lives with someone else. It's not hers, his, or my fault that the Respite Care is 100 miles away from where he lives. That does not mean he does not love her.

It amazes me that some people will weave lies to groom themselves into the lives so that they can reap the rewards of cash funding to take on confining our kids from us. They will tell you anything to make it sound like we did some thing wrong. But you tell me, how is it wrong to want the best for your child's care, and want to take of them?

Their care does not justify shutting family out of the child's life....they need to learn cooperation. Taking control is not cooperation. God Bless you Vince your kids will see through the madness and tell you later how much they love you
