They refuse to look at my evidence from his birth problems and just accuse me instead

It's time to let my story be heard! My son was taken away from me at 2 and a half months old because he was found to have rib fractured that were almost completely healed! Social services took him away and accused me and my fiancé of child abuse! Neither one of us are abusive people! And they're are so many witnesses to that.

When my son was born he was an emergency c section, I was in labour for 2 weeks and when it came to the final stretch I went through 4 hours of extreme labour and pushing, the doctor came in after that 4 hours and told me she had JUST looked at my ultrasound from 2 days prior and my son was to big for me to deliver, by the time the did the c section my son was pronounced dead due to the cord being wrapped twice around his neck. It took them 7 minutes to revive him! He then had 3 seizers in his first 4 days of life and we spent 2 weeks In intensive care where he was fed through ivs. After discharge we ran into problems at home where his chest would crackle when he'd breath!

I brought him to the doctor on numerous occasions and they told me it was probably just asthma. At 2 and a half months they finally X-rayd him for me and found these fractures. Immediately called social services and he was taken away from me. My son marek is now 1 and a half years old and I haven't seen him in almost a year because social services said that seeing me was traumatizing him because after our visits he'd go back to foster care and cry and not sleep..

About a month ago he was finally put into the care of my parents and brought out of foster care in which he had been in 4 different homes. He has abandonment and attachment issues. Social services has refused to talk to all my witnesses which include 3 registered nurses. They refuse to look at my evidence from his birth problems and just accuse me instead. I've been fighting in court since day one but I haven't even gotten the chance to go to trial yet.. They say I traumatized my son by seeing him after, what are they doing?

Look at the problems they have caused me and my poor baby boy! I don't know how many of you have the heart to read this but my story is out! I've gone to the media but social services refused to talk to them so here I am once again plastering my story for everyone to see! If anyone can help me please please step forward! All I want is my son back so he can be raised and have a good life! I've spent thousands on lawyers who have got me no where! Please if you have a heart and can help my case at all, step forward!
