Our high profile case has been profiled in the front page of the Globe and Mail and Guelph Mercury newspapers and on CTV Newsnet's The Verdict with Paula Todd and on CFRB Radio Mike Richards show with Guest host Michael Coren along with the American network CNN Larry King show doing a short blurb about the White father against Indian Tribe fighting for custody.

My 2 children were kidnapped by the Native children's aid and the Native First Nation / tribe and some of my late dearly departed wife´s family to try to force me to give co-legal custody to my ex mother in law after my late dearly departed native wife died.

Our case made Canadian legal history in that the Judge put in Police enforcement provsion´s in the Court order against the Native children´s aid and Native First Nation.
We had to leave Canada with my children after I recovered my children from the Indian Native first nation / tribe. I was attacked and put in the hospital by some native men 2 years after I got my children back because they were upset my children were with me and not on the Indian reserve.
We would like to return to Canada from Peru and live in Peace.

Here is one of his comments "the father(Jeff) is the threat in this case because he wants to remove the children from the Reserve and culture"; "First Nations rights come before his parental rights"; " If he wants his kids he will have to move to the Reserve".

Jeff Geauvreau No they are not under the kinship program with the grandmother. I won the legal fight and made legal history in that I got a Police enforceable court order against the Native children´s aid. The children are with me. Did you not read any of the story ? I was attacked and put in the hospital by some native men outside my house 2 years after I got my children back. We left Canada so this would not continue and my children would not be afraid and scared that someone would try to kidnap them again.

Lorraine Grenier I read what Ken wrote......He hated his parents for uprooting...then he loved them for uprooting him and giving him the opportunities here in Canada. I agree.....culture can be taught at home........Parents Rights should come before culture if that is the circumstances involved. as your were. Children Rights are another issue...As Ken said, he had to rights but to do as his parents instructed him.......
