Band Reps false representation CAS Lawyer to Judge they are speaking for the Six Nations community

I'm curious - Do you think people from here (Six Nations) would be willing to support others when it comes to the Court involving Our Children? I'm talking about positive yet strong actions, from sitting in Courtrooms during proceedings to Rallying at Courthouses, and Protesting at Courthouses when necessary. The LAW (CFSA) Gives A LOT of power to our Community when it comes to our children but we are Not utilizing it.

Our Band Council created “Band Reps” to do this for us (make ALL Decisions for our children’s protection rather than a CAS making these decisions) but they do not and in Fact – they give the CAS the Power to Represent “us” in Court in their absence (CAS Lawyer says to Judge they are speaking for Six Nations community; as though we all got together and approved all of the children becoming Foster Children, Adopted out to non-Natives, and having all of their communication with our community and their families cut off forever).

I believe we need to create something TRULY representative of our People for Court, Until we sever the Court's interference with our Nation's.

I believe we can take better care of our kids than the Government. The Band Council is to represent us; We can choose the changes we want, for the best interest of our children.
