Its almost 3am and Im wide awake. My nerves are shot. I have butterflies in my stomach. Today is the day my fiance finds out if hes awarded shared custody. 50/50. He has been fighting his ex for 10yrs, 3.5 of those I have been by his side. The last 2yrs, we have been through court and this is a battle I have never thought I would be apart of. The word wow has been well overused.

But here we are. My fiance has overcame all the ridiculous accusations and hurdles she has thrown at him. He has gone above and beyond to prove he's not the man she makes him out to be. Documentation has saved his ass. And to think, this all started over an argument, 2yrs ago, when she decided to withhold their daughter because they couldnt agree on something. "Take me to court" she says. Our lawyer said he knows three judges in Edmonton that are all for shared custody.... Please wish us luck, send us positive vibes, prayers, whatever it is you do.. cross our fingers we get one of those judges!
