Father Rights Canada: Why do most separations end up with the father living in poverty. Beyond frustrating!!!Monday, April 17, 2017 - Fathers - A. Gibbs - Fathers Rights Alberta Canada |

I am in the process of trying to lower my support payment due to layoff. It is actually better for me to be on EI and stay at home with my children from my marriage. I have been over paying for the last 7 years can no longer afford to pay what the court order has asked for. My marriage is beginning to suffer from the financial strain. My Ex has made twice as much as me for the last few years. I'm hoping that you might be able to point me towards info that can help me figure out what to do. I don't know what to do and i feel like my life is falling apart. Is recalculation worth it? Hope to hear from you soon |
