I think my boyfriend is on the brink of suicide and I feel like I'm running a close second.

After fighting evil allegations, accusations, forgery, 7 court dates to get a trial date, on the 8th date this last Thursday she got the trial cancelled indefinitely - so far since January nearly 20,000 in legal bills, lost work, lost job because of too many court dates - he said today he is finished.

The child is almost 4 years old and despite never missing a payment and fighting desperately to be recognized as the father with rights as such, today he has only every second weekend visits - not deemed a guardian, a parent, doesn't know where the child lives, has no rights to any information be it medical, dental, daycares, she won't send clothes or medication, she won't allow telephone access, has accused him of stalking and badgering because he sent her 2 emails to try to work things out & sent a few texts asking to please talk to his son - has falsely accused him of abuse when she was pregnant. her slimy boyfriend laughs in his face when he drops the boy off and picks him up about how miserable they are going to keep making his life. $20,000 this year alone and all he is, is a legal stranger who foots the bills for her vacations, hair styles, nails, booze, etc.

He has been decimated and dehumanized, bankrupted and he's ready to run from everything - and I'm betting he will run to do the worst self destructive things possible.

I don't know if he is going to make it through the night let alone the next week and i don't know what to do anymore.

I have put my entire life into this with him, wholeheartedly financially, physically, emotionally - he can't stand that our 2.5 years together has become nothing but an emotional and financial nightmare for all of us - and in the end all the fighting in the world can't save this innocent little boy from the nasty welfare narcissistic crazy person who has the audacity to call herself a mother.
