This is a response I received from a law group regarding men's rights and the violations by government of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms

I have read your message. I am familiar with the issues and problems you raise, although likely not to the degree that you are. I am also familiar with CAFE and appreciate the work they are doing. As you mentioned, many reasonable people, when they are being honest, will acknowledge that there is a serious problem with male discrimination in Canada. It is embedded in the culture, politics, and the law.

   

Im a struggling Father. I have 3 boys 14,12 and 10.

14 year old is so brainwashed he hates me. 12 year old has been living with me for 5 months. Police hear over 65 times. 60 the year before. 10 year old wants to live with us but cant due to his ago. False alligations criminal charges which were with drawn in court after a trial. Our livies are hell all from a controling ex. Please continue standing up for us. Thank you so much. Our voice is never hurd. We just want to be in each other's livies. Fighting to be a father is the hardest fight i've ever been in. Our system is stacked against Fathers. We are set up to fail. I have seen 2 fathers commit suiside. Laws need to change NOW. If there is anything I can do send it to me. People call me weekly asking advice. I've been all through the system I know. I want to be part of change. I'll do anything.

I am experiencing that here in the us I receive that treatment and have not seen or even had a picture of my children for 14 years it is so cruel and criminal may God hear our prayer

   

I think it is a great move. Personally I see it as being guilty of an offence that was never committed. In this country we are all innocent until proven guilty. So why is it that she can run to a lawyer after 4 years together, giving birth to a beautiful boy and costing me 250K in less than 5 years? I didn't commit murder or was part of a capital crime, it just didn't work out for the two of us.

Now my son is ten years old and going through hell because of a manipulative controlling narcissist that keeps getting away with ignoring the court order.

I say, immediate joint custody when people break up, then bring a motion on all the B.S. to prove one over the other then figure out the penalty. At 62 years of age I am not sure I will ever recover from the emotional damage let alone the financial damage. I continue to fight for this little guy.

If it's the best interest of the child, then prove on 50/50 joint custody that both parents are willing to bust their ass to win and that way the child will always win.

Family Law is WRONG and violates my rights and freedoms. As a father that wants to parent his child, I am denied that gift as long as the cards are stacked against dads.

Child support???? I gave up 66,000.00 over 5 years and my son goes to school with mouldy lunches and dressed like a hobo. Worse part, there's nothing I can do except spend spend spend on lawyers. Child support accountability with receipts to prove the money goes to the child. Right now ???? who knows where it goes.

I know you've heard it all before but somehow this insanity has to stop.

Keep up the good work because there are just as many deadbeat moms as there are deadbeat dads.

Sure. A class action suit would be nice. Not sure about what lawyers would be willing to take that on that are credible though. Many of these judges are nothing more than political pawns as well.

But if there was an honest effort, I'd be interested.

Against the Canadian government for violations of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. As it pertains to men’s rights and equality with women on issues of  abortion, family, custody, children and the future of young males.

So whats the procedure or method behind a class action suit? Whats involved?

   

This is a much needed action.  Should have been done a long time ago.  Class action lawyers are hard to find.  I couldn't find any to take the case.  But if we all got together, learned, we could present an action ourselves.  Reminds me of the JFK movie.  The final court scene.  Remember what the governor said, "Stir the shit storm, bubba".  That's what's needed.  Also remember what Job's said when a reporter asked what was the hardest part of his success............building the team.  If you want me on your team, i'm in.
