I am in the middle of a battle for my rights to see my son. I have had my son 76% of the time since the split. Now i got into a dispute with my parents and my ex took that information to social services and they told her to stop me from seeing my son. We went to court the judge said that are current parenting order stands so i go to pick him up at day care and she with holds him from me and the police get called i get arrested and she files for an emergency protection order and i now get to see him only twice a month supervised visits. She now has it that i have to do a drug testing before i can apply to see him any more.
