I have an anon question. The ex spouse and I share two resp for our children. One is enrolled for apprentice training in feb( he is 18) and my daughter is 17..he had not spoken to me in almost 3 years..wont answer calls .hangs up..blocked me from texts and emails..last time he emailed he said he would not.communicate with me every again..now the ex wants me to sign over the resp to him and his sister..i don't want to . I want to use half for the children with my common law wife for her children.. we have a court date set..now the ex also wants me to pay for tuition and stuff for both children

..i do pay child support over 1200 a month..any advice on what I can do..my children clearly do not want me in their life..just a wallet..daughter had not responded to me in 8 months..and her text was the words.." I do need that money" this after nothing for months..i don't know how to respond to this at court..they only want the.money..

I read somewhere about having guidelines for the children having to maintain relationship with parent.
