The problem most encounter is that Justice Woods makes these comments but will then retract such bias statements from the transcripts , if you are even lucky to obtain such a transcript from a case conference.  Makes it virtually impossible to file a complaint without the proof his remarks to litigants is far from honest justice to parents indeed. The pure Bias attitude expressed in your case is not uncommon for Justice Woods. You are correct, this is 2018 and that attitude that father's are not just as important are a true factor when being in front of this man. He has an old fashion personal beliefs  that Mother's are better parents no matter what the evidence shows, and the rude remarks he makes to fathers is astounding to say the least. Unfortunaltley  you are not the first and wont be the last  to have your child suffer at his hands and  until this man retires there appears to be no solution . NO this should not be allowed, it is a pure result of these Judges not being held accountable  and the lack of transparaency during case conferences is rapid. We the citizens would expect far more in this day in age.  THere are few still on the bench like this Man, in fact the Barrie Judges do thier best to correct the orders made by Justice Woods,  but   another problem is there is no other family judge in the Muskoka or Orillia so parents are STUCK with him for the time being unless they can file motions in Barrie. Depending on the factors that can be a difficult challenge.
