Father Rights Canada / Why is it even though you get shared custodyWednesday, March 20, 2019 - Fathers - Not disclosed - Fathers Rights Canada |

I have a question. Why is it even though you get shared custody. You make a bit more money and end up paying child support. Yet according to law and the CRA you can't claim your children? I have 2 got out of this relationship pretty good. Took an apprenticeship. But did my taxes and I end up owing money. Because shared custody she gets to claim the children. I cant claim paying child support, and yet I am still supporting my children or as in the CRA terms defendants. Fathers cant get a break period. |
