Hi, I am wondering if anyone else has this going on or happen to them which can give some insight or advice/info.

So my ex sends me through the ringer any chance she can, she lied to the courts about an absurd amount of support owing wich is false but i cant prove it caus eove rthe years of moving recipets were lost anyways, the fro is taking 25% of every paycheck plus 606$ a month ontop of that, leaves me with nothing basically and I have a family to take care of as well

 Which is my wife and my daughters little brother. My ex has nothing but this desire to hurt and destroy me and us as much as possible.

Always threating me that she can have me thrown in jail and just out and out bullying me and my family. I just lost my job and she is always threatening that if I miss a payment in 30 days she can have a hearing and ask to have me thrown in jail for up to 90 days, can she do this shit?

And another thing, I have proof that her goal is to hurt me and do this to us she has told me this in email many times so my question is this, with the proof I have of her motives and that show her true demeanor would that be taking into account if she did get us in court and I can show that the children are not in her best interest

and that its a straight up vendetta to hurt me would that affect her credibility and maybe help me in anyway? Again can she do this and can I use her bullying in defense? She is driven by greed and nothing else i have asked her politeley to get rid of the alleged arrears and we continue with the regular 606 a month in support and then I could afford to see me kids but she wont budge, she would rather have the money than us have a relationship and to note I`ve paid off 15000 in what she claims I owe
