In 2013, when we lived together, my wife stole children from our house to another jurisdiction. This was a surreal experience. She claimed emotional abuse etc to justify it with the family.

Police told me, "She is the mother, she has a right to travel." No one cared about details.

It took me several years of flights and money and since the child did not like it with her and wanted to be with me, I brought them back. The child was happy going to school etc. And then the mother decided to hire lawyers and they started calling me, threatening with police and child removal and for me to agree to some kinda deal.

I hired "the best" lawyers, as I naively believed in the profession. I spent about 40k on them. They knew that I would win, but as soon as they learned that I had limited resources, they told me to sign the deal that I could not afford, which they knew. No one cared that she lied about her income, that she was violent with children, that she was lying in ontario court in her submissions, that she stole children etc. I signed. So I had full custody and had to pay support payments to the mother. I then took it back to court for child concerns that they shared with me and because the mother with her counsel lied and misrepresented their case in Ontario court to exert pressure on me. I did not hire any lawyer this time. The previous lawyer of mine said, "I know you did not want to sign it," "my hour is worth $495 can you borrow from someone?"

When before the judge I showed where they lied and the laws about which they lied, that there were never any court hearings against me, where they inserted words that did not exist, that there was fake criminal case against me etc., that her lawyer called and threatened me repeatedly to have me sign their deal during Ontario court proceedings. The judge looked at me an said, "she has a lawyer and her lawyer has more obligation before the court then before the client, the mother, so I believe the lawyer." then the judge called me unreasonable, ordered to pay her court expenses and threatened that next time they could ask court for an order that I act in bad faith.

I filed for consumer proposal and before filling I emailed local MP and got no response.

That's where I am now. I have full custody. I am a good parent. I work full time plus part-time when time allows. I spend all my time with the child. I do sports. Child does sports, and other activities. The child is happy. I pay for all expenses. I pay for mother to travel an stay with child, I pay for child's travel to stay with mother. I pay for proposal. I pay for rent, I pay for car, I pay for food, I pay for clothes, I pay for sports etc. I cut my hair myself, I save on everything for myself. The answer that I get, "but you signed."
