Hi there,

My name is ———-(Redacted) I’m a 31 year old dad of 5. I’m married with four children with (——)-. My first born son (——-) is from my former relationship, (———) was born July 31 2007, when (———) was two and after going through alot of hardship with her we ended up breaking it off. In 2012 we went to court. I am a father who wants to be in his sons life and always have. I paid and borrowed money for a lawyer and feel like I have been given unfair circumstances, I was only granted to have (——)- every other 3rd weekend and two weeks in summer months. I’m mandated to pay for 70% of all other extra curricular activities. I pay MEP payments for my child support. Since June of 2018 I have not seen (——— )and only on a couple of occasions been able to speak with him the most recent being 3 weeks ago when his mother and step dad went to Las Vegas. These last two years have been extremely hard on my children who have not got to see their brother and on me for once again losing my first born son. Is it in any way possible to not get a lawyer to change what my order is now? I’m financially struggling to even pay his child support and feed my family at the same time. So any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated!
