I have witnessed judge's order payment but not enforce anything after money... You owe and No access!

   

At one time my daughters mom was getting child support from 3 different men including me for my daughter

   

I am currently looking into trying to get child support from my sons egg donor( she has never been a mother) for the last 8 years... She feels she does north have to... She is self employed, hair dresser... I had bad experience when my son was two... But facing my fear now... I was asked," should she have to"... I like to think, if a dad does... hell yeah!!! But I could be wrong... Am I... Do I stand chance... My son will be 18 in month,.. Has been just the two of us for 8years.... Nothing from her....

   

My husband pays for 2 children that arent his. As long as she can prove that you acted as a step parent she can get child support from you even if she gets support from the bio father or another person who acted as a step parent to the child.

   

I was ordered to pay child support of $900 per month for 2 kids that were not mine for 2 years then it terminated, the mother kept on trying to get it reinstated, luckely the judge said no , lost a house i had to the bank because it was half my income, was only with this woman for 6 months

   

Loco Parentis basically states the moment you are a reasonable adult in a relationship with someone who has children, they now have full rights to fuck you on support for as many children are in their custody at the time, regardless of genetics. This needs to stop. Its widely abused and honestly not at all necessary in modern times. I have first hand knowledge currently playing this game. 6 kids, 6 different fathers. Daddy 1 owes for 1, #2 for 2, #3 for three kids and so on. She acts like a saint because she didn't bother with alimony on top. Works part time sometimes, has two cars and a house. But this system doesn't abuse men in the least
