Our legal system is not a justice system. I have learned this a lot earlier in my life. Family court is even worse. Much like anything you say can and will be used against you to prosecute you, never for your defense. Even with these police enforcement clauses the system is for mothers to incriminate fathers. The laws were written for that intent and are used for that intent.

I proved perjury beyond a reasonable doubt on all counts and the judge told me that criminal charges are not a part of family court. He suggested I persue criminal court for those charges. I believe that the judge did take that into account however h... More >>
