Here's the thing. The system is corrupt and broken. I went in I asked for legal aid six times. Told they didn't need it told it wasn't necessary told it wasn't this told it wasn't that finally I sent somebody else into grab a legal aid card and a list of lawyers, which was a woman. They gave it to a right away. That's how sexist and broken are fucking system is when they won't even help out a man, but when a woman walks in the hand or everything the first appointment.

   

Yes it sucks. But the good news, 6 months will come and go in the blink of an eye, and you'll have documented proof of being clean, and then you can get access. No it's not fair, but it's going to take longer than 6 months to anything about it. Grin and Bare it, and Don't Give Up! If you don't have a follow up court date yet, get one. Don't Give Up!

   

This sounds like a case of guilty before conviction.

You may not walk away with a criminal record with the courts but you've been persecuted. This is wrong. An allegation shouldn't withhold you from your child.

Order the transcripts and post the judge words against your fundamental rights. Then send it to the attorney general and see if he reads your email. Or Organize with your local mens activist group or make your own (took me 3 days to get a 100 local followers) and join the growing amount of people protesting on April 20 2020 at their local court houses

   

Drug tests should not stop your access. Unless you fail them. My ex tried the same thing so I volunteered for the drug testing. I was allowed to see my daughter well those tests were being done.

   

Print a copy of the statistics that shows what happens to children who grow up without their father and mail it to her. Show her the cold hard truth. Maybe she'll reconsider what the hell she is doing to you and your kids.

   

Judge immediately just took tour rights away......a judge cannot profile you like that....thats discrimination. Send a copy of the charter of rights to him.
