So I haven’t seen my son is 2 weeks and he is use to seeing me every other day and sleeping over once every weekend. I was getting fed up with his mother withholding him from me so I let her know I was going to take legal action. As soon as the weekend was over 2 police officers showed up to my door and arrested me for sexual assault with choking. This is a false allegation and now there is a no contact order so I can’t even FaceTime my son. My boy is 2 and a half and can’t speak for himself since she is a do nothing mother who has the tv on 24/7. Now I’m trying to fill out legal paperwork to put before a judge but I have no idea how to fill these things out or even if I got the correct documents. I really wish I could afford a lawyer however I can’t and I make too much to receive legal aid. I guess what I’m looking for is someone who can help me fill this stuff out properly so I can see my son as soon as possible. Thank you for your time.
