Bail Hearing adjourned on Tuesday of Thursday this week, today again hearing has been adjourned to Friday  August 30 2013 10 am

Duty Council Trevor P. Simpson for both appearances,  no argument to the fact of the no contact order with the mother of his child, requested by the Crown.

However if the alleged victim is not present  for the hearing or any evidence in regards, how could any lawyer win an argument to oppose a no contact order brought upon, if the alleged victim is not present to tell the court of not wishing such order in place against the father of her child? 

30th August 2013 10am Sault Ste. Marie Ontario 10 am Bail Court Scheduled to a hearing with/ Crown /City Police/OPP

Crown disposition with police present / most likely will argument that the savety of the victims can not be guaranteed and the severity of the alleged crime 

Two recognition orders already in place from Tuesday's adjournment

No Contact Order to the alleged victims

Well looks like my baby daddy being released tomorrow n we can't live together by law which is stupid n he's not allowed to see his kid, so (Baby Name) and I are officially homeless if anyone can help in anyway I would die of happiness I'm at a loss for words right now, packing with no where to go, called women in crisis n they can't really give me a place for my son n I they r packed I'm desperate HELP!!
