Law Society of Upper Canada really see's NO OBJECTIONS. What does this say about our CROOKED FUCKED UP SYSTEM within Ontario!!!!

What Windsor Law COST ME because of other UNDISCLOSED crooked & negligent-IDIOT Windsor lawyers: I had a Windsor Con Artist for a lawyer in 2001 at the tail end of a 1 year application for my 3 children; received him out of desperation as referred by WIndsor LEgal aid. Didn't find out til future processes disclosed that EARLIER within that year he scammed 10's of thousands from an Estate case he'd worked on & was FINED by LSUC [Law Society of Upper Canada].

This man threw my child custody case & put me in default without knowledge until the final hearing at which time the Judge made a final order & legally locked my children away from me. All parental privileges TERMINATED under the Crown! James Wallace Oxley received no penalty but my family PAID with their lives! Child/parent/maternal relationships forever lost. Spent a further 8.5 years in court & thousands of dollars in transportation costs to & from legal services/courts trying to OVERTURN the order on appeal without successes. My children were separated & lost relationships with each other over the progression of time [now 13 years have passed] & virtue of advanced ages. They are now young adults alienated from the maternal family. I chased greivance with Law Society for 7 YEARS! They refused to mete out punishment to this man til after INDEPENDENT review in 2007 [via Attorney General's separate appointment] they put a disciplinary NOTE in his file & appointed him HEAD DUTY COUNSEL of the Windsor OCJ as his so-called punishment [to expose him to all facets of law & promote his professionalism].

This seems more REWARD than anything. I could not attain reconciliation or remedy in the Court & I was put through such overwhelming emotional trauma...no one will ever be the same again & I'm still without my children because they've been raised without me & have been programmed to not want relationships to me. Even with a child welfare expert lawyer on task in 2002 until 2011 [short break inbetween] what is LOCKED INTO LAW is virtually un-doable as found out! This man a veteran of 34 year experience could not BREAK the chains which bound my children to restore children WRONGFULLY IMPRISONED UNDER Crown ORDER, to their mother. This Toronto lawyer equivocated lawyer negligence causing LOSS of child custody to MURDER of a family unit. James Wallace Oxley precipitated the UNNECESSARY dissolution of a family constellation & suffered NO CONSEQUENCE. Without WEALTH to pursue limitless legal actions for the negligence, my lifestyle & my children's relationships have been left fragmented. My children are also forever psychologically & emotionally altered.

I think this speaks as a little evidence that the corruption & negligence I experienced with a HANDFUL of Windsor lawyers is PROVEN. This region is DEFUNCT in it's capacity to not just access COMPETENT legal services but ESSENTIAL HONESTY in the practice of law. If a lawyer is corrupt-a criminal record would serve as proof of their MORAL & social priorities, then how can an individual EXPECT Justice on their case? How is there not Constitutional provision that "equal access to law" must also include COMPETENCY & INTEGRITY at law!?

This addendum has been indefinitely noticeably absent & has been ARGUED in scholarly articles that a constitutional provision to legal representation to assure the protection of your rights & privileges should also give some security to COMPETENCY in that representation as it's been identified the persons liberties & securities, any JUSTICE, could be COMPROMISED when there is not FIRST the establishment of a level of competency in the administration of those duties. Unfortunately it was ultimately determined in the larger spectrum that administrative bodies, such as LSUC, are the regulator to ensure strict qualifying factors & guidelines before anyone is LICENSED to practice law.

Somehow there is a HUGE PITFALL in the fabric of things in Ontario which is proving to be such an ERRONEOUSLY insolent & corrupt system no one is SAFE OR PROTECTED in anything pertaining to LAW! An individual with a criminal conviction would be automatically rejected for innumerable things because a Police Clearance is necessary in child protection/child custody cases before access or placement of children; necessary to volunteer in any SERVICE capacity...necessary to EMPLOYMENT. Yet a person applying for a lawyers license is APPROVED with a history of convictions among other things.
