Besides, who the hell ever said that elected appointed officials and elected officials (elected by the people!) are our masters and deserve such obedience. Stop fraudulent restraining orders and jail those women who commit perjury and fraud, and return the children to their non-criminal fathers. Once the mother gets out of jail, there can be reasonable visitation, until she proves that she is capable of sharing 50/50 custody with the father of the children. Children need both parents!

Totally true! Actually, a woman doesn't even have to make her story sound convincing. Many a judge will sign a DVRO, just based upon a woman saying: "He scares me." Some peckerwood judge signs it, and voila, the court just got $$$$$ through an incentivized program via VAWA.

More than 0ne million of the three million restraining orders filed every year are fraudulent. And, most of those are filed in a child custody case. It gets the father/boyfriend kicked out of the home (even if they own it and pay for it), gets them torn away from their children, gets them forced to deal with the allegation and subsequent charges (if any), often gets them jailed, forced to defend themselves at a significant expense, gets them deemed as a criminal often by the judge hearing their family law case, threatens their job, family and friend relationships, and more.

Try to file a DVRO on a woman, well, good luck with that. For sure, it has far different penalties and outcomes if you can even or ever find a judge to sign it in the first place. The court and system is rampant with gender bias, prejudice and discrimination!

The courts have turned it into a revenue enhancing stream, and have done so for years. They are incentivized via several programs, but especially by VAWA. Lies, perjury, collusion, etc., pays big $$$$!

I agree that we don't need any more laws. If the judges followed the existing laws, most of us would be seeing our kids. Equal Shared Parenting should be the only position taken by the courts.

You would think that a country that once tolerated separate but equal as it applied to education for Whites vs. Blacks, and then established and enforced a Supreme Court decision overturning this racial and civil rights injustice, would understand the level and magnitude of this similar civil rights and human rights injustice, and would overturn and prevent further injustices in the anti-family/cps courts. But no, I guess they're too addicted to the blood sucking gravy/money train! Parasites and blood suckers all!

Some dreamed of cutting men's genitalia off and wrote descriptively about it; some wanted to force men into the same underclass they felt they were forced into; some wanted to subject men to the same kind of rape they experienced; and much more. Andrea Dworkin, a prominent militant feminist, stated that she use to set herself up to be raped by men, so that she could then go write about it. It was her way of demonstrating the hate and vengeance she felt and had towards men. Obviously, she was very sick and twisted. 

It was pretty obvious that for these feminists, leaders of the feminist movement, it wasn't about "women's fight for equality and equal justice." Many men too, got suckered into thinking that it was the latter. Sad to say, in many, many ways, it was about hate, vengeance, retaliation, dominance and supremacy. It seemed to be nothing more than replacing one so-called evil, with another so-called evil. I know that the movement was often coupled with the overall women's movement and the fight for equality, however, in looking back at it's origins, one would be wise to separate the two and look at the issues and how both camps dealt with it.

So much victimizing, actually victim/victimization, was perpetrated by vengeful feminists. Men were always at fault because of their gender, their stature, the patriarchal system, etc., etc. Do many groups and cultures overcame difficult situations and odds to rise above being downtrodden without ripping to shit everyone else who "put them there." Even now, after more than 40 years of major gains in all areas of life, many feminists still can't demonstrate gratitude to the universe for what they achieved for their gender. Many are too busy still harping at the male gender for all the females ills. This is not the best way towards equality that's for sure.

I believe in equality for all! Cutting someone else down, blaming, victimizing another gender for what one doesn't have or what one dislikes, etc., is not the way to get there!

Unfortunately, many children grew up in a single parent household headed by a mother, many of whom alienated that child against the father via lies, misdeeds, deception and disgrace. Unfortunately, that child then becomes not only another victim of this abuse, but a brainwashed practitioner of this stereotypical attitude in society and in their own lives.

I have seen many a child like this, now an adult, parrot phrases and terms accepted as truths in public, though there be no facts and/or evidence to support those claims. For example: Men are always the abusers and/or perpetrators in domestic violence situations, and women always the victim; Fathers abuse their children in far greater numbers than mothers; fathers don't want to be in their children's lives like mothers do, etc., etc. These are all myths perpetrated by hostile and hateful feminist groups like the VAWA Mafia and N.O.W., and WEAVE, and the other like organizations. Especially the ones who are financially incentivized to continue spewing those lies and myths.

It is important for everyone to do their due diligence and find out the truth for themselves! 

Let's start telling the truths and acknowledge the fact that in most circumstances, children need both parents! Caring, loving, decent, involved parents, is in the true best interest of the child. Contrary to what the cesspool anti-fmily courts of fraud and corruption state, children do best when their are two parents involved, their two parents. When someone divorces o separates from the other person, they don't divorce the child from that other parent (well, at least they should not be allowed to do so!). The landscape of our society is littered with the souls of our damaged children.

We must do all we can in our lifetime to force the necessary changes that we truly know this in the best interest of our children, our families and our society! We must unite in order to do so! For the sake of our children, our families and ourselves!

It's been four years, seven months, since I last saw them. Recently, and unfortunately, in July 2013, their mother abducted them and moved them to Hawaii, illegally! She just did what she wanted to do a usual, aided and abetted by her attorney and her "other (2nd) attorney, "the court appointed minor's counsel." My daughters and I were also physically assaulted and battered by my daughters' very same court appointed minor's counsel (attorney), Elaine Van Beveren, on September 23, 2008.

Van Beveren remains protected by the court, uncharged by the D.A. Jan Scully's office, and more. She should have been arrested, convicted and jailed more than four years ago for her numerous crimes of assault & battery on children, child abuse, assault on me, a disabled adult, collusion, conspiracy, obstruction of justice, perjury, a fraud upon the court, and much more.

Even a judge at a family court hearing didn't believe Van Beveren's lies when she perjured herself on the witness stand under sworn oath. But, alas, nobody gave a damn about my children and me being assaulted and battered, and abused by a court officer. Van Beveren continues her crimes against children each and every day with the blessings of Sacramento's family court cabal. She is a disgusting creature, and the devil's own daughter.

Oh Bob I am so sorry, I know you are a good Father and a good man with a huge heart! I know first hand what monsters these people are and it is beyond belief how they can get away with it! I see this pattern all over the Nation, moving the children faraway from the loving parent to continue the trauma upon you and the children. I went through the same thing, 27 years ago! little did I know then, it was all part of a scam!

I was lead to believe I was a bad person when I wasn't and neither are you! when my daughter turned 21 she found me, she knew it was her abusive father that was responsible for the alienation and I was happy to see, she turned out just like me, spite the trauma that was placed on her! Some day, your daughters too will know and may that bring you solace in your heart.

It's the feminist men and father haters that are members of a hate group. I have yet to encounter any father that is a member of a group that includes the word father and/or men, that is a hater. In more than seven years fighting the anti-family court system, I think I might have met only one father who spoke more about his ex-wife than he did about his child(ren). Conversely, with mothers, I encountered more of them that vilified their ex's, than speak about their child(ren). Of course I have met with quite a number of mothers who, like the fathers, were more concerned about their child(ren), than the other parent. Those are mothers that I can align with as they (although it's sometimes difficult for them), believe in the fact that children need both parents. Any parent that alienates and isolates children from the other parent is guilty of child abuse and soul murder. If they're were sane and rational and just laws regarding parenting, equal shared parenting would be the most equitable and just form of parenting.

Two caring, loving, committed natural parents is the best course of action for children. Fathers love their children no less than mothers do! Don't believe it, just look at the disastrous facts and statistics re children absent fathers. It's a pandemic, but you never hear a politician raise their voice calling for a mass movement to eradicate this pandemic. Why? Think about it!
