The bottom line is that I cannot be certified under the mental health act. For judges that don't understand what not certifiable means it means that none of these suspected mental illnesses or any other could be detected through personal interview. If a person has been certified under the mental health act this means that this person suffers mental illness.

What blows me away about these so called court cases is that they stand up there and yap obsenities into your life while all that you are permitted to do is write an essay as to why your child needs you. Anything that you dissagree with has to be handled in the form of a law suit and legal aid does not cover this.


Get a parenting course and a pshyciatric evaluation. Apparently the more money you donate to the pshyciatrist the better the report you'll recieve. If "The Society" finds out who your pshyciatrist is they will offer more money for a bad report.


Despite the fact that I brought my children to our family doctor the day before they were apprehended and my children had all been bathed an hour prior to the 2007 apprehension my children were reported by "The Society" as being filthy and scabbie and louse ridden. Our family doctors report was rejected by the court because it contradicted what "The Society" had stated. It was suggested that I payed money to the doctor for this report, by "The Society".


I have 37 slips from doctor's' stating that I do not suffer lice or scabies and no signs there of. Each slip represents a canceled visit. In court "The Society: stated that the visits were canceled because of lice and scabies and my reports from these doctors are irrelavant. Apparently it is assumed that I paid these doctors for these reports that I do not suffer lice or scabies. Fact is I've never had lice or scabies.
