When a Father steps up, wanting to be a positive influence in their children's lives, to help, nurture, comfort, offer love and support to their child our legal community should rise to find a solution in aiding Father and son. Not in this case, like thousands of others throughout Canada and Sault Ste Marie Ontario a loving Parents is Alienated out.

Father Lionel Flurry with his wife of 4 years by his side, took a blow from Justice Romuald F. Kwolek last week in Sault Ste Marie Ontario fighting the corrupt Children's Aid Society who will financially gain from his son becoming a crown ward, was told he is not a benefit to his 10 year old son during a recent hearing in Sault Ste Marie.

Lionel dedicated to his son, has spent 8 years Fighting the CAS, the maternal grandparents to bring his son to him, allowing him to parent they boy.

During the summer of 2105 Lionel frustrated with years of Court abuse, tired, longing for his son, took to the streets of Sault Ste Marie with his wife and other parents affected by Children's Aid & Family Law, to protest on Queen Street, where both buildings stand opposite to each-other. For his participation in the protests the CAS lawyer Jennifer Mealy, told Justice Kwolek that Lionel's protesting shows he is not a good influence on his son, it shows his disregard for CAS and authority.

Related info ~ Ontario has appointed a new judge to the Ontario Court of Justice. Justice Romuald F. Kwolek has been assigned by Chief Justice Annemarie E. Bonkalo to preside in Sault Ste. Marie, effective March 12, 2014. 

Justice Romuald F. Kwolek was called to the Bar in 1983. Justice Kwolek practised at Wishart, Noble and the law office of Gladys Pardu prior to joining the law firm of Orazietti, Kwolek, Walz, where he pursued a general practice, including family law.

We are noticing an array of Parents in Sault Ste Marie coming forward with recent complaints concerning the rulings of new Judges: Melanie Dunn and Justice Kwolek since their call to bench, evidence of premature judgement and favorable treatment towards family law cases.  Cases which are originating from their prior employment at local Legal Firms. Justice R. Kwolek and Melanie Dunn were practicing law in Sault Ste Marie within firms, now closing cases prematurely for their former lawyers "friends" in council.

These loving Parents holding hope to reunite with their children are finding their cases closed, gag orders put in place to obstruct them from even speaking of their dismay for the system.


With new Judges being called to the bench who were former Lawyers, Partners, friends In Sault Ste Marie who is the impartial decider? Parents + residents concerned for their local legal community and the "friendships" between CAS workers and opposing Lawyers are leaving multiple families in Sault Ste Marie without their children, depressed, defeated, with no hope for a parenting future.


These Lawyers and Judges are, and were friends with each-other, partners in Law firms, dining together, participating in local community events together, how can they as "friends" make important decisions about our children and our future if after our cases are recessed they are seen having lunch together, laughing, smiling, Judges, Lawyers  at tables beside us in local restaurants?!  They are forbidding us parents to be with our own children, who's faces they have never seen, yet raising glasses to cheers the days events....
