May 26 2016: Aura Banner / Newmarket Era Newspapers report the death of a small child Ty Wint at the hands of a father with a violent history after Simcoe CAS insisted giving him access while the CAS targeted the mother. This is a common occurrence where a CAS decides a placement then creates an “Evidentiary Vacuum” to avoid facts and evidence that conflict with their decision. CAS loves abusive parents because they guarantee “future business”. Innocent parents are the enemy.

Actual child abuse in general population has been steadily dropping over the last 30 years, threatening the CAS business model! When a CAS creates an “Evidentiary Vacuum”, it’s workers swear false affidavits with “no honest belief” since they avoided their “Statutory Duty to investigate fully”. CAS lawyers and all staff have unavoidable knowledge of what they’re doing, after all, they conduct CFSA s 73 “Review Teams” to decide what to do in a case, usually lie! CAS (shyster) lawyers then go to court with every intention of misleading the court, failing to treat the court with “candor and respect” and suppress evidence that ought to be on the record!!

In the story “sidebar” the paper interviews Susan Carmichael, executive director of Simcoe CAS who makes up a fantastic lie: “We are in the business of believing people can change.” All this while they target an innocent alternate parent. The real long term goal of CASs by returning kids to abusers on purpose is to eventually kill-off any placement requirement by sabotaging the process and eventually rewriting the CFSA to rubberstamp all kids as Crown Wards from the get-go!! All this while Simcoe CAS renames itself “Simcoe Muskoka Family Connexions” to confuse the public about who they really are!!

CAS Fraud like this happens in Family courts across the province on a daily basis since judges stubbornly insist on presumption to the point of wilful blindness, fully expecting 13 million people in Ontario will never figure out what they did in time to stop it!!!

Jessey Quenneville that sucks. Unsure if we can get private meetings here in Ontario. Pretty sure I've had a judge interfering in my life but cannot be sure as I'd rather just deal thru my lawyer. I know he wasn't impressed I didn't have a suit on at the trial but no longer had one that fit.

My ex fled the province. From Ontario to Nova Scotia.


Jessey Quenneville and that was with a court order for access every two weeks. Finally had the FRO aspect taken care of. Literally just before me and my wife ( gf of 10yrs and mother of my 6yr old son and 7yr old daughter ) separated. Almost positive Anthony and Mellinda had a hand in it.

Admission of opposition assaulting the responding part was deemed irrelevant too.

I watched it all happen with my own eyes.

Poor fucker almost blew his brains out on the transcontinental drive back to the habitual residence of the family.

The CAS is why I will not accept a custody battle. I find many of their workers to be sexestly biased and very often "as they see it". However, I understand the need for the service when it comes to actual abuse and not just "Well I think in my professional opinion that _____ my happen, so we are... access page ...

The CAS is why I will not accept a custody battle. I find many of their workers to be sexestly biased and very often "as they see it". However, I understand the need for the service when it comes to actual abuse and not just "Well I think in my professional opinion that _____ my happen, so we are just going to take the kids, incase." 
The bast part: even after all this, because it involves children the CAS and such agencies have the legal right to maintain surveillance until the child is 18 even without cause to do so. 
So not only do ya get to deal with an ex wife/partner, but also an agency that has proven time and again that they believe a child belongs with it's mother or in the "care" of the "agency" until the father can prove himself to them(however long that may take). 
But look at the bright side: Most Fathers are natural providers and many expect order. That being said, most parenting is basic common scene and seeing as man tend to run on logic, it will just be a time consuming and mostly unnecessary set of test that will finally prove on paper that Men are actually better parents overall. 
On the down side: it will be one more thing for Women to complain about and hold over us( "Well since you're better at it, you do it than")

Regardless, a good father will always end up sacrificing his happiness for the happiness and safety of his children!
