Few lawyers, judges, child welfare protection workers or other professionals who profit of the family court industry will like this document. It isn’t written for those people. It is written for the average person and its purpose is to try to plant in his/her head, at the least, a seed of skepticism about the whole legal profession and those associated with it, how it works and to let the average person see how our whole system of justice has been perverted and our laws intentionally subverted.

In tribal times there were the medicine-men. In the Middle Ages, there were the priests. Today there are the lawyers and judges and a whole host of so called “professionals” who together fuel the adversarial family court system. For every age and generation of citizens, a group of bright persons, learned in their trade and jealous of their learning, who blend technical competence with plain and fancy hocus-pocus to make themselves masters of their fellow men. For every age, a pseudointellectual autocracy, guarding the tricks of its trade from the uninitiated, and running, after its own pattern, the civilization of its day.

It is the lawyers and judges who run our civilization for us – our governments, our business, our private lives. Most legislators are lawyers; they make our laws. Most presidents, Prime ministers, governors, commissioners, along with their advisers and closest supporters are lawyers; they administer our laws. All the judges are lawyers; they interpret and enforce our laws. There is no separation of powers where the lawyers are concerned. There is only a concentration of all government power – in the lawyers. As the schoolboy put it, ours is “a government of lawyers, not of people.

There are several reasons for this mass submission, One is the average person’s fear of the unknown
– and of the police who guard the judges and the lawyers and all those who are part of the “system”. The law combines the threat of both and in many cases the threat of losing access to one’s children.

A non-lawyer confronted by The Law is like a child faced by a pitch-dark room. Merciless judges lurk there, ready to jump out at him. (“Ignorance of the law is no defense.”) Cowed and, perforce, trusting, he takes his lawyer’s hand, not knowing what false step he might make unguided, nor what punishment might then lie in wait for him. He does not dare display either skepticism or disrespect when he feels that the solemn voice of the lawyer, telling him what he must or may not do, is backed by all the mighty and mysterious forces of law-and-order from the Supreme Court on down on the cop on the corner.

The whole of The Law – its concepts, its principles, its propositions – is made up of “willfullys” and “maliciouslys,” of words that cannot possibly be pinned down to a precise meaning and that are, in the last analysis, no more than words.

In today’s time in family court system the phrase, “The Best Interest of Children” is used all the time, yet the judges and the judiciary, have no definition of what this term means. Of course when a person is before a judge, it at the judge’s discretion to decide what is in the best interest of the child. As a matter of fact, the bulk of the law is made up of words with far less apparent relation to reality. And when a person reads the law, criminal law, business law, government law, family law, it is difficult to find a single rule that makes as much simple sense to the layperson without having to read it over several times and to scratch one’s head trying to figure out what it means.

Everyone should understand the eight basic principles upon what the family law system has been designed around by those who profit off of the family court system:

1) To get you into the family court system.

2) To take money from your family and transfer it to those in the system who charge fees for services (lawyers and other professionals). In essence, the system transfers wealth from working, middle class Canadians to the elitist group of those in the legal profession who we refer to as lawyers.

3) To keep the machinery of the legal system working so that those employed in this sector will continue to have work (judges, court workers, court reporters, security staff at courts, etc.)

4) To wear you down physically and emotionally and generally direct you on a course that will hinder or delay your matter from getting to a trial.

5) To protect the system of lawyers and judges by hiding the gross violations of rights and freedoms that children and families are being subjected to in the family court system.

6) To keep the judges and lawyers unaccountable and above the law for the harm done to children and families.

7) To give judges the court system, the widest latitude as possible to make their own arbitrary decisions regardless of the law.

8) To give women, especially mothers, the upper hand in court in the most unobtrusive way as possible (Bias against fathers).

How they get you into the family court system
Getting you into the system is one of the easiest things that the system does to you. It accomplishes this in the following manner:

? Create laws that make you believe that you have to go to lawyers for all your work. Lawyers have a vested interest to take matters to court. After all, that is how they make their money.

? The lawyers first tell each of their respective clients that they have a good case should they go to court and that it won’t be such a big deal. This gives both parties confidence and each thinking that they will come out ahead.

? The lawyers tell each of the clients to get control of the children and to not let the other parent get any more than 40% access time with the children in order to maximize child support payments. Of course any agreement which is not fair and equal to both sides, will ensure years and years of conflict over custody, access time and child support.

? The lawyers will give low estimates as to what your legal matters will cost. They make is seam affordable. They know that once you have paid some money for legal services, they now have you trapped!

? The judges will say things in court hearing that will provide encouragement for both parties to go to court. The judges cunningly find fault with both parties and then the lawyers use the judge’s comments to tell their client that the judge was not happy with the other side. Of course, this only encourages the parties to keep up the court fight.

? The system stacks the odds heavily in favor of women. Women know that they get almost anything they want if they take their partner to court.

For women there is more to gain by going to court than by working out a fair deal with their partner. The woman’s lawyer will usually encourage the woman to go to court because they are more often than not, guaranteed to win in family court. Once the woman decides to go to court, the men then have but little choice to go to court to defend themselves.

How they transfer wealth from working Canadians to themselves
The system transfers wealth from you in the following ways:

? Lawyers charge outrageous rates for their services – generally $350 per hour for an inexperienced lawyer and up with some high priced lawyers being in the $600 to $1000 per hour price range.

? Those lawyers with the right connections to judges and lawyers in their community get themselves appointed as judges with annual salaries and perks of in most cases in excess of $250,000 per year. On top of that, when these judges retire, they get lucrative pensions that last their lifetimes.

? Charge administration charges at the court – You must pay money to get justice in Canada.

Even when the judge screws up and makes a mistake, you have to pay lawyers and administration fees a second time. You keep paying and paying for the pursuit of justice that in most cases you just won’t ever get.

? Refuse to allow parties to electronically audio record court proceeding then charge excessively high prices for court transcripts, often at three dollars per page of double spaced text.

? Require that those who wish to appeal a decision of a judge, to purchase transcripts of their court hearing which in most cases can cost hundreds or thousands of dollars. Most parties find the mounting costs beyond their financial means which puts barriers to the pursuit of justice. The system just simply makes justice unaffordable except to only the rich.

? Will put all kinds of delays and excuses to keep you from going to trial, all of which cost you more money and likely make you too broke to afford a trial.

? Lawyers will put liens on your house prior to taking your case so that they still get paid when you are financially cleaned out and have nothing left except your home. Once you cant pay the liens, the lawyers will force sale of your home and force you out on to the street.

? Lawyers have created laws which prevent lawyers from doing your case on a contingency fee basis.

? During criminal proceedings will put court Orders in place stating that you MUST communicate to the other party through a lawyer. These orders often don’t even mention other third parties such as mediators or other competent persons in the community. Sometime you are stuck paying $300 per hour just to exchange information with your former spouse about the children, etc.

Overall, the more work that they can create by making the system inefficient, the more lawyers are needed, the more judges are needed and in the end, the greater amount of wealth from hard working Canadian families is transferred to those in the elitist group of judges and lawyers who are in most cases supported by many of their fellow lawyers who are politicians who in turn make the laws to protect the monopoly of the legal system.

How they wear you down and generally keep you from getting to a trial

These are some of the things that are used to wear you down so that you are unable to get to a trial:

? Put case conferences and settlement conferences (which are in reality off the record bullying sessions) in the way of your trial to delay things and pressure you into a settlement while at the same time cost you lots of money.

? Adjourn matters over and over and over.

? Call in other professionals such as children’s lawyers, psychologists and social workers.

? Attempt to intimidate you into signing consent agreement prior to trial

? Make the benchmark for an appealing a judge’s decision almost impossible for the average person to obtain.

? Get you to a position where you are financially exhausted and financially unable to proceed with your case further.

? Make rules and procedures so complicated and confusing as to make it almost impossible for one to proceed to trial on their own.

Even some of the highest legal authorities speak publicly about the broken family law system in Ontario.


How they protect the system of lawyers and judges and make themselves unaccountable and give themselves latitude in their decisions

Here are some of the tricks that those in the system use to keep themselves unaccountable:

? Create all kinds of rules and procedures to confuse ordinary people and to thwart real justice.

? Use case law to make decisions and basically use another judge’s past bad decision to justify a more recent decision. In other words, “two wrongs do make a right in family court.”

? Put barriers in you putting evidence before the court. Make findings of fact based on no logic whatsoever which the next judge will then use against you.

? Routinely exclude support persons from case conferences and settlement conferences so that they can abuse you behind closed doors.

? Prevent citizens from recording their own court hearings so that the court has total control over what was officially stated in court.

? Get parties into what is called “case conferences” and “settlement conferences” where the public is excluded and where the judges and lawyers can bully and abuse parties out of sight of the public with no recordings being taken of the proceedings.

? Routinely exclude members of the public from courtroom so that the public will not see what the system is doing to you and your family.

? Charge excessive fees for court transcripts which make it prohibitive for most people to be able to get a record of what was said in court.

? Make it illegal to have anyone represent you in court except a lawyer. The lawyers have created their own monopoly on the law.

? Law Societies and Judicial Councils set up to look good to public but in reality these agencies help to bury complaints and protect their members.

? Have many lawyers in political office to change legislation to further protect the legal industry and its monopoly.

? Will use of the power of the law societies to prosecute ordinary Canadian Citizens for giving out “legal advice” to their fellow Canadians but do nothing to discipline their fellow lawyers who do a lousy job.


How the system generally gives women, especially mothers, the upper hand in the family court system in a covert way

Although there are some non-custodial mothers who have been literally screwed over by the court system in the same manner as most men, when one looks at the judgments coming out of the courts, women by a far margin, still get the upper hand in family court. Here is how the system does it:

? Use the term “best interest of child” without any definition and interpret this term to the woman’s advantage.

? Claim that custody must be given to one parent if conflict is present, usually the mother. Some lawyers encourage their female clients to create conflict during court matters as an added assurance that they will get custody.

? Judges receive training from a feminist perspective without the public knowing the content of the training they receive behind the scenes.

? Many additional services exist such as those provided by women’s shelters which provide additional services, provide services, including legal services to woman at no cost, while the same services are generally not available to men.

? Domestic violence committees which regulate police policies relating to criminal charges are highly controlled by feminist forces in many communities, most often women’s shelter advocates.

? Use every little thing that you may have done wrong in the past and every fault you have against you while they ignore the mother’s faults and wrongdoings.


The lawyer monopoly

The lawyers and their law societies have created laws that dictate that only a lawyer can represent you in court. Those in the legal industry claim that they have to do this in order to protect the public by ensuring that only someone with the proper legal training is allowed to help people in court and represent them.

Yet, in reality, there are countless lawyer who can’t even argue their way out of a wet paper bag let alone competently represent someone in court. Many of these incompetent lawyers do not even know the law that well – some are losers and flunkies. The truth of the situation is that there are many nonlawyers who can do a better job in court than many so called lawyers yet these knowledgeable people are not allowed to help you with our court matters or represent you in the court. Why? It’s not because these knowledgeable persons can’t do a good job but simply because they are not lawyers and the lawyers do not want these people trampling on their exclusive domain of practicing law.

Lousy lawyers have caused good families to go into bankruptcy because of their lousy, incompetent service. Unfortunately, the judges and the lawyers have the power of the courts and the police behind them so they hold the power to force the citizens to follow the rules and procedures of a game that they have crafted for their own benefit. So while you may be forced to play their game, the best you can hope for is to improve your chances of winning even when you are forced to play with lawyer made rules. That’s why it is called “The Lawyer Monopoly”

Family law is more about “their” procedures and rules – not about law Most family law lawyers know little of the Constitution or International laws. Family law has become nothing but a system made up of rules and procedures made by lawyers and judges for their own benefit. Perjury is rampant in family court and the lawyers and the judges know it. They just don’t care because it keeps them in work and makes them money. Family law is more about big business – not justice.

“Case Law” is the system’s way of passing the buck to screw the people no matter how good your case is. Judges and lawyers often refer to what is called “Case Law” which simply is the past decisions of judges made in other cases. In reality, there is no such thing as “case law” because case law is not real law at all. People assume wrongly from this term it that a Judge can make "Law" in the courtroom by ruling in a particular way in one case.
The historic and “correct” term of judges relying on the precious decisions of other judges is “Jurisprudence”, which is always subordinate to Statutory Law.

A Judge may have to pick which Statute to rule by if Statutes conflict, but judges can’t just make up Law as they go along. When they do, they are in what is called “Breach of Trust” of their duty as a judge.

A number of lawyers have revealed that the term “Case Law”, which isn't law at all, has been used because of the ease with which legal databases can be searched these days. These searches have, in
practice, become more authoritative in Courts and as a result lawyers and judges have coined the phrase "Case Law" with no foundation other than their own self-aggrandizement. Case Law in pure Latin terms can be referred to as “stare decisis” which means “to stand by decided cases; to uphold precedents, to maintain former adjudications.”

Technically, the law is supposed to be applied the same to all people which is why one lawyer will use a previous case to argue why the judge should rule the same as the other case. The problem with case law is that there are so many cases where rulings contradict one another that lawyers can find case law on the books to reinforce almost any argument they want in court. In some cases, “case law” cases has become so perverted and so far from the intent of constitutional rights and freedoms, that case law has become nothing more than a way that lawyers and judges can deliver injustice in the court and say that they were following “Case Law” which gives the perception of legitimacy to their illegal decision.

Case law has become nothing more than a way that judges and lawyers can use to pass the buck. For those who want to more about how case law subverts justice, read the article “How Stare Decisis subverts the law” by Jon Roland found the appendix of this document. Although it is written with American supporting references, the underlying principles of Stare Decisis remain the same for Canada.

If there is anything that you can be absolutely sure of in family court it is that ……….  There is no justice in Canada’s family courts! So if you can, do everything you possibly can to avoid going to court before it’s too late!

To beat the system and to do your part to help make it more accountable to the people, the first thing you need to understand is what the whole broken family court system is all about!

A bit about me, I am now 63 years old, forced into an early retirement by the sale of the company to a US firm and moved South. When I met my wife, she was only 17, she had to get her mother’s approval when we got married. We had some tough times, but we worked through them and have two great sons, I lost her almost 4 years ago after close to 40 years of marriage. I think the strain of my son’s issues contributed to her not being able to go on. When she started to get really sick, I took all my vacation to stay home with her, when vacation ran out I took a leave of absence. We had decided that no matter what, she would stay home to the end, I was at her side when she passed away at home. Because that is what family means.

I am on this site as a grandparent supporting my son's fight to see his kids. Everyone saw what his wife was like before they even married, but love is blind. Her first step was to isolate him from his friends and family, if they weren’t her family, he could have nothing to do with them, his friends were not welcome in her home.

Before you say it is his own fault that she let her control him like that, he was in love with her from back in high school. The live in boyfriends came and went, the first husband came and went, but my son was always there for her.

She blocked all family, including my wife and I. Before our first grandchild was even born she told my wife that we would never see him. That day was the last I saw my son for several years. When we finally reconnected we found out that although she said it was agreed upon between her and my son, he knew nothing about it and couldn’t figure out why we never called or came over again.

He had heard all the stories about her first husband, he was abusive, he was controlling, he isolated her, the live in boyfriend, he was abusive, he was controlling, he isolated her, her brother, he was abusive, he was controlling, her father, he was abusive, he was controlling, get the idea?

Boyfriend, couldn’t get anything out of him, they had nothing. The first husband, didn’t last long, no savings, no real estate, no pension to claim , this time she was going to get something out of the deal. They had the house, there was money in the bank, when he lost his job, along with 5000 others, she figured he was finished, this is when she really tried to drive him out. She had been on a campaign to drive him out of the house for a period of time, he stuck it out figuring that they could work through it. But unknown to him, she had been planning this for some time.

As she had a background in accounting, she took care of all the family expenses. But taking care of expenses meant something else to her. In the end, my son found out that she had paid off her student loan and her credit cards by transferring the bills to his credit card, never made payments on his card, and never paid his student loan. She was running a daycare center out of the home but all the money from that went into a separate account.

So bring in the mother, both verbally attacking him trying to provoke a fight with the mother as a witness. He wouldn’t respond, instead he called the police to have the mother removed, first time ever, they told him to suck it up, but the next day when she called, they were right there, went looking for him while she got the restraining order because he gave her a dirty look.

Why would he give her a dirty look? To avoid her mother and any conflict he has spent the night sleeping in the garage, just like many nights before. Couldn’t sleep in the bed, he had sleep apnea and the CPAP machine bothered her. When he was on nights, the bed was needed to put kids for a nap from her daycare. Couldn’t sleep on the couch or basement, she needed the space for her daycare business.

So with a restraining order issues with no reasons, he was forced from the home, bank account was empty, even though a large severance package had just been deposited, credit card maxed out, just a few dollars in cash, he moved into a friends basement. And then he got the notice to appear in family court. Short notice, no lawyer, no money to retain one, duty council only, and a temporary order preventing him from attending the home or seeing his kids to go along with a falsely obtained restraining order.

This was when my son turned to crime. With only a few dollars in his pocket, no UI because of a severance package, no welfare as he owned a home (even though he had no access to it), no legal aid either as he owned a home, he had no choice than to resort to a life of crime.

His crime, he took the last few dollars that he had and sent flowers to his wife trying to start a conversation and work to fix things. A violation of the restraining order, and for this he was arrested and thrown in jail.

Based in information from the wife, they knew where to find him, and based on what the wife had to say to the crown attorney, the crown was going for the death penalty. I am serious, the crow attorney was so vicious in attacking my son, duty council was able to have her removed and replaced by a different crown attorney. But either way, duty council advised my son to pled guilty and get it over with. So he did, and ended up being jailed for a short time. For sending flowers.

Now back to Family Court, he was no longer a father, he was a hardened criminal and was blocked from seeing his kids. If he wanted to see his kids, he had to attend, participate, and pass several different courses to train him to be a better person. He followed all the requirements, attended everything, and then back to court, he was told that he could see his kids, supervised. An hour and a half, every other week through an organization called CAPP, Child and Parent Place. No one else could see the kids, this was all inside a hall, couldn’t go outside, and he could not give them anything to take home. Pictures could be taken, but no digital, they had to be film, and staff had to take the pictures to ensure no one else was in the background.

But at least he could see them, right? No, because she would have to complete the paperwork and bring them to the place, something she put off for several months. And once completed, most of the time she would call at the last minute cancelling for one reason or another. When they did show up, my grandson would be violent towards his father, when asked why, he told the supervisors that his mother said it was ok to hurt his father. These comments were documented and provided in the reports from CAPP.

Eventually an order was issued giving my son access to the kids outside of CAPP, but supervised by her aunt. The order was explained very clearly to the mother by the judge who asked directly “Do you understand”. This was the first my son was able to see his kids outside of CAPP, and the first time my wife and I were able to see our grandkids.

Two weeks later my son was able to take the children to visit with other friends, I would have preferred that they came to my place so we could see them again, but at we would see them again soon, we let that go. But that was a mistake, two weeks later, the aunt couldn’t make it, and two weeks after that the mother decided that this was not to be an ongoing thing and refused to let my son see the kids.

Lots of excuses, lots of lies, but she wouldn’t let him see the kids, so back to court with a contempt charge. She changed lawyers by this time claiming that the first lawyer hadn’t explained the order to her, the first lawyer wasn't following her wishes, the first lawyer was giving her bad advice. Truth was the new lawyer encouraged her to violate the order, this is part of his methods.

The judge outlined all the requirements for a contempt charge:

• There has to be a valid court order, there was, the same judge issued it
• The person charged with contempt has to be aware of the order, the same judge explained it very clearly to her
• The person has to violate the order, she denied the father access to his children
• They have to be informed that they are in violation and be giving the chance to correct their actions, her lawyer was informed due to no contact orders
• They have to continue to violate the court orders, and she did

The judge ruled that all requirements had been met for a finding of contempt, however the judge felt that a contempt finding would do little to advance the case in the Family Court system, so she declined to issue a finding of contempt. A last comment by the judge was that she didn't believe that a contempt finding would encourage the X to correct her actions.

Kind of like saying to a serial killer that I don't think finding you guilty of murder will change your attitude about killing people, so I'm just going to set you free.

With no finding of contempt, the X was then free to do whatever she wanted knowing full well that the courts would do nothing. During the contempt trial the X started to make more false accusations against my son, she was even warned by the judge to be very careful about what she was saying as the judge was starting to doubt everything she had presented to the courts.

The X agreed to follow the orders at that point as her lawyer had already prepared the papers to stay those proceedings and change from the Family Court to the Ontario Superior Court as the judges in the Family Court were starting to catch on to her lies.

So all legal fees, all costs, everything was wasted and she started all over again. One thing that wasn't stayed, the support payments, that part of the order continued on.

On to the Ontario Superior Courts where they didn’t know about all her lies and false accusations with a lawyer that specializes in dragging cases out until the kids have completely forgotten their father and then a request for an order preventing the father from having any contact as “He abandoned  the kids years ago, he has never bothered with the kids, he had no interest in their schooling or health” while all the time blocking the father from all these things.

More on the Ontario Superior Court later, it gets even worse.

       DEFINITIONS or 'The Courtroom RACKETEERING INFLUENCED CORRUPT ORGANIZATION & The Calculus of Legal Abuse Syndrome'

PSYCHOPSEMA = RACKETEERING AGAINST FAMILIES in COURT (See full definition below).  This is NOT in standard dictionaries as of this writing on 9/25/14.  Psychopsema is mainly categorized as an orchestrated assault, utilizing several methods of fraud, psychological operations, psychological intimidation and other similar premeditated offense based systems, against a parent, a child or a family.  See footnotes for long version description.  

RACKETEERING is used here to denote the same RACKETEERING (RACKETEERING INFLUENCED CORRUPT ORGANIZATION or R.I.C.O.) that you might see in the popular 'mob' movies or on television.  Basically what has happened is that there is, in fact, a R.I.C.O. overlaying the family Court 'public/private partnerships' throughout America so the LAWYERS and FRAUDSTERS have created a money funnel and destroyed the middle class one family at a time, and one man at a time.  The children suffer until corrected.  As of 2014, this R.I.C.O. has been operating in our Court system for decades.  Judicial corruption and R.I.C.O. family law is by definition 'UNAMERICAN' and perverts every sense of justice into 'JUST US'.  Honest men, families, the vulnerable, and the fair men and women who support them are targeted and brutalized by the criminal lawyers.  Communities loose out and We The People suffer from this greed.  All cases are sealed and no transparency is allowed, no cameras, no recording devices, no juries, nothing and reforms are roadblocked as the R.I.C.O. racketeers run out the clock during legislative sessions using loaded witness lists.

8.   RE-USE LETTERS to CORRUPT COURT and other employees BUT APPEND THEM WITH NEW REQUESTS nad INFORMATION.  Most of the time, the CORRUPT Court employees will not do their job, which is to read and respond fairly to all requests.  When you follow-up with them on your requests, you can CALL THEM OUT for NOT EVEN OPENING UP YOUR ATTACHMENT.  You have just proven that they are not offering 'fair services' and should be removed.

(A) Psychopsema psy-cho-pse-ma is a system of questionable actions that a Social Services agency or a Child Protection Service (C.P.S.) agency might utilize to achieve profit, through fraudulent means.

Psychopsema is mainly categorized as an orchestrated assault, utilizing several methods of fraud, psychological operations, psychological intimidation and other similar premeditated offense based systems, against a parent, a child or a family.

A malicious social worker or other malicious social service professionals (usually, employed by a Child Protection Service (CPS) agency or a similar social service agency) are commonly identified as utilizing this system or methodology to achieve profit.

Psychopsema is usually implemented to deflect attention, away from crimes committed by said workers against children. As, those children are sometimes canvased for the purpose of profit.

The term and description were created by Canadian and American social service crime researchers Nicolas Stathopoulos and Felicita Luna in early 2011. Both researchers are part of SSEC Social Service Economic Crimes (research).

1 - A seemingly valid report of child abuse is falsely authored, imaginarily created, this by a group of social workers targetting a child(ren) and their parent(s). The colluding workers then, utilize the methodology of psychopsema to "build a case against the child and parents using falsely created facts - and "profit or gain from their actions".

2 - A malicious social service worker colludes with their peers to fabricate evidence to further the agencies agenda; ignore existing facts that would discredit / disprove the agencies agenda; and to practice the act of "psychopsema".

3 - The ACT of "psychopsema" DRAWS / INVOLVES a child, parent or other VICTIM into the Child Protective System (C.P.S.) without merit or justification.

The term or description was originally created by Canadian and American social service crime researcher experts on February 2011, to assist former and present victims, police, prosecutors and other authorities identify previously unknown key strategic systems. They moved to implement psychopsema against their client, to profit from the act.

The mother did everything for security and comfort and the well being of her child. She also loved her child’s father.

She also had valid concerns when the child was younger due to alcoholism. Which the father worked on. I know whole heartedly This child mother always wanted the best. I also know the women who wrote this doesn’t speak truth of a lot of things. She treated the mother terribly. Which is not easy to feel so disrespected. This mother did her best. She cared.

This sick story is not helping anyone. Especially this little girl. The pure fact this “step mother” can post this tells me a lot about this women. It is horrific and not considering the well Being of the child. More people die of alcolism then a so called story of alientation?

A father who actually had his child more then th mother months before he died is not an alienated father. A father who choose to be lovers worn the mother for months and months, a father who spend every month, days, weeks with his daughter is not at all this BS story. He made a bad choice. His choice. On April 23 2016 my wife was going to take our daughter to visit family for the day. What happened instead changed my life. She had met some of her family at the local police detachment and left with our child. She had made statements about abuse and controlling personality etc. Soon after they had left the police showed up at my door. I was confused and worried thinking maybe there had been an accident or something. After a series of questions I knew there was no accident but still hadn't realized what was happening, maybe I didn't want to. But when I saw our car abandoned later that day and had not been able to reach my wife for several hours I knew what had happened. She stole my daughter and the police let her do it.

Now what is important to know is, my wife has a mental health condition that requires daily medication. Though she has started medication several times she always stops which sends her into a worse state than not being on it at all.

When she left I immediately contacted family services where she went to and reported my concerns. They in turn made an appointment to interview her at her mother's place, which is where she moved to, in a few days. So they all had ample time to prepare for this interview which is intended to determine the ability to care for a child. They then submitted a letter that stated "the child is thriving in her care" they had no prior knowledge of my daughters state prior to this interview and it had been only a few days so this statement was meant to support the mother's side and nothing to do with a child's welfare.

A symptom of my wife's condition is uncontrollable lying. Her affidavit submitted to court made Charles Manson look like a good catch. I've had to endure months of hostility, false accusations and belittlement I've had to fight for every minute I get with my daughter. I didn't see her for about 5 weeks after they left, then I managed to get 2 hrs every Sunday afternoon. It was a 2.5 hr drive each way but to see my baby I never missed a day.

I was late once, traffic was worse than normal. After 1 min I had already received a text stating that they were going to leave. I showed up at 2 mins after. And big surprise an argument because she was ready for a fight. Now I have every other weekend, since our case conference in October 2016. She has had an unknown number of boyfriends and even been engaged and then not engaged in this time. Earlier this year at Easter. My mother in law texted me and asked if I would take my daughter to the dr during the weekend because she's been sick and my wife won't take her just saying it's only a cold. Which I did but the dr we saw didn't seem overly concerned.

I did have to do some song and dance at reception because my wife refuses to give me the health card. 2 weeks later my mother in law had called me while I was on my way to pick up my daughter for the weekend. She informed me that they were all at the hospital and my daughter had a high fever and that she didn't think I would be able to have her this weekend. I said I was coming anyway because my baby is in the hospital. During this afternoon/evening her mother proceeded to tell me a lot of things about my wife, boyfriends, things she's done etc. This hospital visit revealed pneumonia and chest infection.

So weeks of "it's just a cold" had taken its toll. It was around this time my wife had started her latest medication. She remained in it until 2 weeks ago. A couple months ago she broke up with her fiancée, the details are questionable, and we had been getting along better than ever. She even approached me about settling outside of court. Offering me Wednesday night to Friday night on the opposite weeks from the weekends I already get. And of course I'd be paying the proper support amount (when the original amount was set I had a different job, and we haven't been back to court to restructure). While we were waiting for my lawyer to write up this agreement we decided on we started to talk about getting back together and seeking counselling to deal with our past problems. I had seen that she had been on meds for several months and ready seemed genuine about wanting to stay on them so I was willing to give it another shot.

Then her dr wanted to increase her dosage, they had planned on increasing after 6 months. This increase messed her up for a few days, during this time she decided to stop taking her meds altogether.

A total crash happened. We are back to the beginning all over again. I am the reason for every bad thing that ever happened to her. No settlement, no extra days just "give me more money you deadbeat loser." My lawyer never returns emails so I don't know what I'm supposed to be doing. I'm worried that in her current mental state she isn't taking proper care of my daughter, she now lives on her own so there isn't anyone else around to make sure everything is ok.

I don't trust family services, or the police. I am lost. I have great family and friends supporting me, but it just seems like I'm going nowhere. I worry about my daughter, and I want her with me but there just doesn't seem to be an answer.

I don't wish to be anonymous, I am a father and I am proud of my scars.

So, question for the group. What rights do I have as a "Father" who finds out 33 years after the fact, that the child isn't his? Is there a way to recoup the money that was stolen from me? Can I get the money back that we spent on a 1st class college education? Can I set the clock back to a time when a relationship, very important to me, ended because the woman I was with wanted children and I couldn't stand the thought of the possibility of losing another child? Can it reverse the vasectomy I had 25 years ago to avoid such heartbreak again?

Is there somewhere I can go to recoup my heart, which was ripped from my chest when my "daughter" laughed in my face two years ago as she told me I wasn't her biological father, that she had known since she was 14, and that she and her mother agreed that they should keep the scam going in order to ensure the money kept rolling in? Where are those rights?

We have just this year found out that his 6 year old son is not his, and (unknown to him at the time) his wife had an affair while they were married. He is still on the hook for child support for this child. The mother refuses to look for the biological father. I would highly recommend another group I follow called women against paternity fraud.

Again I cannot recommend DNA testing enough. We used a Canadian company and it costs us $300 to test the two boys. We did it at home and did not need mother's consent. The company we used was homedna direct.

Despite this, she wants to take their child on a vaycay to the U.S. My BF feels that any and all money is better spent on basic necessities, rather than an extravagance that, to be honest, could be saved up for, for the next few years. Long story short, if they have shared custody, does she need his permission to get a passport for the child? As well as written permission to cross the border?

She won't listen to him when he suggests that the trip be postponed for a few years until more money can be saved and she gets very angry every time he tries to talk about it.

Beginning in 2017, single-parent families no longer need to include child support payments from your social assistance benefit calculations. You also do not need to pursue child support as a requirement to be eligible for social assistance.

The exemption will begin on January 1, 2017 in the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) and on February 1, 2017 in Ontario Works.

Currently, child support payments are treated as income and are deducted dollar-by-dollar from social assistance calculations. Now that single-parents' income will be evaluated without child support, you will be able to receive more money from the government.
