in reply of and to my loving father who was just told by Judge Romuald F. Kwolek, in Sault Ste Marie Ontario Canada, claiming he is of no benefit to his 10 year old son, my brother.

I am writing this letter today about the relationship I have with my father Lionel Fleury.

Since I was young I cannot remember a bad memory with my father. From mudding in a dune buggy to snowboarding backcountry mountains of northern Ontario. He has taught me many valuable lessons from always mean what you say to how to grow my own food and live a sustainable life. We have shared many experiences from camping to hiking. Snow shoeing to snow machining.

And bushcraft to butchering. He is a positive role model in my life and I look forward to being like my father one day. My father is always busy with the next project and always trying to better himself and our family. He is a selfless man having lost everything many times. Including me. He always gives to everyone else first. My father has never had violent tendencies around me or my family and would definitely be the right person to raise my brother.

We live a very active lifestyle and are always outdoors. If my brother is anything like my father or I, which I know he is, than the lifestyle that should be lived by him should reflect that of the high energy individuals in our family such as my father and I. One that will enhance any abilities that are seen by most of the world as a challenge.

My father has beaten cancer and overcome many other obstacles. He has been strong through all of this and without him. The backbone of our family would be gone but the moral fibres that he hath instilled in all of us will be everlasting.
