Ex is trying to take the kids away, I have been forced to withdraw RRSP's to live and pay lawyers

Hi guys. I'm reaching out looking for answers and solutions. I'll try and keep this short.. albeit a little hard. I was married, divorced in 2007. Had a separation agreement, 2 kids in the marriage, which we agreed on 50/50 custody arrangement. We have been living separate lives ever since and both have parented the children with the 50/50 custody arrangement.

2 major issues right now. and I'm told I got the two worst unfair female Judges against males in the AB court system in Calgary.  

Both of us were casualties of the oil industry. My ex lost her job around Oct. 2014. I lost mine in March 2016. I kept paying her approx the same offset for 2015 and 2016 until I lost my job as that's all I could afford and I knew the kids would be ok as thanks to me she is financially stable and has a net worth of approx. 1 million.

Me.. not so much, I have been taken advantage of by my ex and one other after my divorce. So now I'm flat broke, renting, behind rent, and of course the unfair system has further bled me dry. My vindictive ex has had a lawyer after me for over a year...and I also hear she is one of the worst in Calgary!

I have hired lawyers, with no luck as they don't fight well with her lawyers slanderous lies about me in court.  We had a fair offer to settle for their so called arrears of child support for 2014, 2015, and 2016. My ex, was out of work for over 2 1/2 years... wouldn't you if you could collect EI, my EI and make me pay the huge offset of incomes!? It's a paid holiday arrangement for her!   Whats her incentive of going back to work. Obviously she's not trying very hard to work being out for 2 1/2 years!  But the courts screwed me over and unfairly ruled I pay some $19,000.00 in additional child support!  So once again MEP is after me. She also set it that I pay a ridiculous $1000/month when I'm unemployed!!?

EI is only about $1800 take home.. and I have kids to support and medication to buy!  Past child support... I have only had issues to pay the steep arrangement twice in 10 years, and both times I have been unemployed! The first time in 2008 in the bad oil downturn, she filed with MEP to be a B! I fought it, it cost me $12000 in legal bills, but got the Child support dropped from $907/month to $543.00/ month and 4 months no payment while I was unemployed.

When I was working I would normally pay her $1000 - $2000/ month in offset arrangements. Now again in 2016 I was laid off and unemployed, MEP still forced me to pay $543.00 which the courts screwed me over and unfairly bumped it to $1388! when I'm on EI! I have paid over $160,000 in child support over 10 years. Approx. $60,000 was to MEP and the remainder $100,000 was to my ex's personal account. So I'm not a deadbeat Dad that MEP calls me every month and I don't need MEP to force me to pay my child support!

1. So.. this being one problem, I cant afford $1000/month. I cant afford a lawyer anymore. and MEP will take away my drivers license shortly.

2. To make things worse... and my #1 concern, now my Ex is trying to take away my kids from me so she will have majority custody!  100% this is drivin' from my greedy ex who just wants more money as the oil money is not coming to her anymore! They only have one ground... and that is about 6 months ago after pleading for her to quit with the lawyers and to work it out between us amicably, she wouldn't so her and her lawyer could financially bully me and there not interested in anything fair... hence slanderous lies in court and the right female judge will get them alot more on there side! anyway...

I sent her some nasty name calling text messages when I was at my lowest and felt like a deadbeat dad.. which is what MEP calls us everyday. So now I'm facing a 2 day trial in which they are trying to take away my children. My children are 13 boy and 15 girl. They don't want to go and have plead with their mom to quit... but she wont. They want things to stay they way they are.  The courts have also unfairly ruled out the children having a voice in court!

They say, there too young!? I can't afford a lawyer and I can't get legal-aid because that's unfair as well as because of all the unfair lawyer bills, I have been forced to withdrawl RRSP's to live and pay lawyers! and that's considered income! So denied! So!? Help... any ideas please?
