I have been thru it and really surprised no one is shooting at Children's services. They raped my life for four years destroyed my life and the emotional scares they inflict take years to heal. My daughter started cutting in their custody and they blamed me, I asked why she wasn't getting counselling and they asked why what had i done to her ? When the truth came out that FNCS was full of shit nothing happened not even a sorry. I got my daughter back and we had to rebuild our lives

   

Honestly something has to be done. If everyone were to unify and protest I believe you will see change. My husband and I are battling same thing and have been for a long time. The system is designed for women I general to take advantage of, to
The determent of the father and child. Only true organized protest in masses will cause the change we all seek.

   

I am allowed to speak for my husband and his troubles. I’m fighting for people in his position. Do you think it doesn’t physically or mentally hurt me when I get told I’m not allowed to see my step children? Well it does hurt very much. I dedicate my whole life to my step children, just for their mother to come along and say I’m not allowed to be involved in their life. My husband works day after day to see his children to give them things that he never had. The reality is it may a cowards way out to kill yourself but a lot of people in that position have thought about it. They feel like they are constantly losing. Therefore they lose them self’s in the progress of fighting a battle that they won’t win. It’s also mental abuse on the children to deny them a loving parent.

   

I have never contemplated suicide for 2 reasons. One i always thought it was the chickens way out of answering for what someone did. Two i thought how bad it would hurt my kids. But since my ex always told me i am not man enough or i was never a good MAN. Since she took away my reason for pushing through all the bs life geals. I cant help but think what it would take. I may hell she was always right anyway even when it was black and white that she was wrong she qas still always right. I dont mean to be vindictive or even give up. I am just tired of not sleeping and everutime a child cries i junp into action like its my son. It just feels pointless to wake up and go to work just to give her my paychecks....

   

It’s sad what is the last option for some men trying to be good fathers. The system isn’t developed to be fair and really consider what is best for the child in each individual situation. Pretty sad. Hopefully as time goes on the laws will be more equal for both parties.

Im sure you each mean well and we men fathers appreciate your presence and support but allow a man to speak his bit as per equality just as much as you seek.
.indont need anyone to remind me of the long road I've taken and many fathers have taken by anyone...male or female....if I did i wouldn't be advocating for equality as much as I do in many fields

   

The reality Sa Sing is that MANY men do find the "only" solution to the bizarre and criminal "justice" system, is suicide. Maybe you don't like it or don't want to recognize it because of your own fears or denial, but it is a very harsh reality that cannot, nor should not be "hidden" from anyone.
This "affliction" as you so subtly name it, should be shouted out very loudly to society and the lawmakers until it is recognized and changed.

It’s not pathetic. Have you ever been in a position where you have to pay child support and was physically not allowed to see your child. Missing the most important parts of that child’s upbringing. It’s the saddest thing in this planet that a lot of people out there are denying a loving parent to see their child based on the fact their angry at the loving parent for immature reasons.

Stripping fathers of their rights and holding them 100% financially responsible. Terribly sad that this is the only escape for so many fathers.

   

I am sorry you have to go through what you are. It is not fair and one should not have to fight to be a part of their child's life. Actually, it is child abuse in that the right of a child to know & love both parents is taken away from them.
