Unfortunately the rights of the baby are trumped by the rights of the mother. If she wishes to spend a weekend doing meth and heroine there's not a thing you can do. If you try to physically stop her she will charge you with assault. If you approach the dealers they'll just laugh at you at best. At worst they'll beat on you or kill you. If you go to the police they will simply ask if she's committed a crime or is about to harm herself or others. If you go to court you WILL be laughed at. Men have yet to be represented at the judicial level. It's all about the female. Only if you're willing to commit her to a mental institution can you possibly get any motion in the direction of the childs benefit. So your only option is to pray she stops being evil. The ball is in her court and will stay there until she decides. Not a moment sooner.
