I don't know how these people sleep at night

When i was growing up the CAS didn't do much of anything. Than in Sarnia, the Popen case came about, if you have not heard of this case, it was regarding an 18 month old female child. The child was taken from the home for abuse, than was given back to the parents where the parents abused, sexually assaulted and burned this child with cigarettes and what not, also allowing other men to hurt this child. This child lived a horrible short life. After this came about the CAS went on a rampage, telling parents they could not discipline their children, if they did the child was taken from the home. After they got away with that, they feel they are invincible and take anyone's child. I don't know how these people sleep at night.
